Update:Feb 22/2024:Update:Feb 22: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK !!!Been trying to get a hold of this bank to get important document for our lawyer, taken over 3 weeks, 5 phone calls. A document that should have been received from BMO over 10 years ago! Their oversight !!!! Nothing done !!! Everyone in this bank just passes the buck. This should have taken 3-5 business days as we were told from day 1. Left another message today, I will be shocked if they call back! UNACCEPTABLE !!! Once our business is done with this bank, we will be transferring all our business elsewhere. After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, this is how we are treated when we want something more difficult than a deposit or withdrawal. Beware !!! 0 STARS!!!Nov/2023:I called last Friday to make an appointment to do some banking: open an account and do some investing. I left 3 messages for a callback to my phone number, because no one ever answers the phone. To this day I received no callback. Will be day 6 by tomorrow. I called again and left another message. What kind of bank is this ??? Do they not want more clients or clients with $ to invest? Maybe they have enough customers and don’t care. I think I will continue to deal with my bank at TD Canada Trust. They are VERY reliable. They always answer the phone and if they don’t, they return my calls same day. Time is sensitive especially when there’s investments to be done. BMO, never again. Don’t deal with this bank! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would.

I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and they are now 8 minutes late and I still haven’t been greeted by anyone .

You need to be SUPER patient. I must have some serious problems that I opened an account with them. I have business with RBC, TD and CIBC, and none of them gives me that many issues...and lines...and wait...

It's was my 3rd appointment and as always they were never ready to take the appointment on time. On top of it the person was not eligible to do credit card, for which I booked that appointment. Extremely unorganised and unprofessional

Whenever I visit, there's always a never-ending line. The service is terribly inefficient, and the waiting times are just way too long, which leaves me thoroughly unsatisfied.

3:20 pm and NOBODY is around to help. There are nine people in line with one customer service agent. Worst waste of time ever. And I am only here because one of their machines ate my bank card. How is this even possibly acceptable.

Toooo slow process for every thing done in this branch. Only two bank tellers are helping clients most of the time so you have to wait forever!

The system books appointments the employees are not prepared to accommodate. We showed up for our appointment at the agreed upon time, that no one knew what it was about and the person we were supposed to meet with was not available. Eventually someone asked us to come back tomorrow which since we had made arrangements and taken time off from work we were not prepared to do.

Unfortunately this bank is closest to me so I’m forced to use it. No matter what time of day I come, there’s always a lineup. Consistently spend 10-15minutes waiting in line. For the past >8 years. Management needs to do a better job with HR, and providing help during busier times. Brutal.
