Friendly services received from this store. There are plenty of parking spaces. Convenient location. Services are usually good. However, merchandisings are so limited, especially for home improvement such as light fixtures electrical and plumbing.

Good place to shop for tires and car maintenance parts. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service department for a car can be crowded and you need to book in advance. There are also other good household items for seasonal greetings.Don't forget your Triangle Reward it will give you the most of it with no payment to membership. If you have time you can hunt for deals that are cheaper than Costco or Walmart. Highly recommended and excellent customer service.

The worst customer experience ever!!! Rude and impolite employee and manager. They won’t accept return of items that was only used for 1 day that the product didn’t suit my expectation. Don’t shop at Canadian Tire! It’s a dying business store is always empty. I regret shopping at Crappy Tire will never buy anything from there ever again. Home Depot has the best customer service and excellent return policy no questions asked - satisfaction guaranteed!

Corrine at customer service Has to be replaced. Not good at her job seems very confused when you speak to her.Update,There was an item that went on sale that I purchased a week earlier and Corrine didn’t want to refund me the difference so I contacted Canadian tire head office and was told she was wrong and that they will send me a gift card for the difference and my wasted time
