Wish to give them a lower star rating only for their customer service. For something a mistake from their end they behaved so rudely with us and above all made us feel as if we have done something criminal. I wish I could get the names of the people but two were Indian guys. We have rent out before with a valid drivers license and IDP. Only at this location they pointed us that our supposedly license provided from the government is not valid. That’s okay if they don’t want to rent out but what not okay is their behaviour of making us feel as if we have done something fraud. Not gonna recommend this location to anyone. Please beware of their behaviour as it will definitely affect your mental health for sure.

Vidur is extremely rude, untrained and will bluntly lie to his clients. Terrible Experience overall, was promise a certain vehicle but they never delivered. a new excuse everyday.

I recently rented from this branch and I got to say their customer service is top notch. My car was under service and I was eligible to rent a luxury car. While I did reach them late, they got me a car to get going. Technically, you can swap cars with Enterprise across branches.When the other branches denied luxury cars cause they wanted to protect their fleet, managers Bilal and Vidur stepped in and sorted the issues seamlessly. The communication has been end to end, they’ve been meticulous with the insurance teams and they’ve provided me a great experience.Highly Recommended!

Joe, I told you not to leave this place because, the newer managers won't know me as you do over the years but, Vidur Bilal great guy as well thank you Vidur for being patient and understanding. I have recommended this location to all my friends and family.?

I got a rental car from Enterprise while my car was in Budd’s Collision.We had a great experience with a one-weekCar rental and Yilin ( Daniel ) was very supportive and caring.I highly recommend this branch for any car rental.

Terrible service. They are located next to Budd's Collision so I use them while my car was with Budd's for repair. Awful service, they even tried to charge my credit card for the rental when the insurance company was paying. I had to fight with Visa to get the charge reversed. Avoid this location at all cost!Interesting that they asked me to contact them and share the information. I contacted them but they they never contacted me. Them reacting to me was just smocking flame... Don't use this company.

This is the second time I've rented from Enterprise on 2071 South Service Rd location. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Special recognition to Fatima. She exemplify what a customer representative should be. She is very knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to make our rental transaction run smoothly. Thank you to Vidur as well for showing true leadership towards your staff. I will definitely recommend Enterprise to my family and friends.

Vidur, Bilal and team are just awesome to deal with. I had to travel from a distance to get to this location but it was WORTH it!I recommend renting your cars from here. Extremely helpful. Very likely this year alone I have already used Enterprise over 20 times, and this was the first time renting a vehicle at this branch. Everything was okay except the customer service that followed after the car was returned. Just a few minutes after returning the vehicle I realized I had left my prescribed sunglasses in the sunglasses holder, so I immediately called the branch. Nobody answered so I continued calling until they answered me. After my first conversation I had about 4 more explaining the situation, and every single time their response is the same, they say they will check with aother associates as well the current renter and call me back, but they never do.Now it has been over 2 weeks and nothing was actually done to find my sunglasses. Very frustating the way they have handled the situation, certainly I would have my expensive sunglasses if they had enough people or at least had some empathy putting themselves in my shoes, but they couldn’t care less.Enterprise replies just for the sake to respond over a negative feedback.Nothing was done to help me, and nothing continues to be done. You don’t care about it, otherwise you would have called me back after multiple conversations with your associates. I have also explained the situation to two different managers, and both couldn't care less. I begged them to call me back, but they never did.I have photophobia which cause my eyes to be extra sensitivity to sunlight exposure. I require my sunglasses to go out, and I cannot afford new ones. Very simple to determine how my glasses went missing, if the cleaner didn't check the sunglasses holders, the immediately first renter have them because he or she was called and left a message to check the sunglasses holder and never called you back. Anyway, that is my assumption since I don’t know if they returned your call because I don’t even know if you even called them because you couldn't care less.So sad how I am being treated, it is so upsetting to see how your company treats subjects which are not related to your business. Your branch doesn’t care how people feel and does nothing to help retrieve something that was left in the vehicle. Maybe because it has nothing to do with your usual service, but that demonstrates how the business is managed, not caring what happens to a client that leaves something so important in the vehicle.

Awadh Silim was couteous and quick service. I have used Enterprise many times - good company. Howere again I took the liabilty coverage which ususlaly has $0 deductable. I was not told but this time when i took a look at the contract I paid $29.00 for $1000 deductable - may as well save that cost and use my own insurence.

What sort of an individual do you have hired & conducting transactions with customers? Absolutely zero customer service and arrogant. Impossible to converse with and unwilling in every possible manner. Incredibly disappointed.

When return car I tell them I have parking ticket they do worry the hat office pay after few months they send bill for 78.00 dollar and charge me other fee they are stupid and not answering me Iwill not rent from enterprise bunch of liars and Steeler never order from enterprise ever again they’re charging extra customers and they’re not informing their fault and then that’s denying it and let the customer to pay for it and also this message will go to the social media to you bunch of Steelers
