Car wash attendant is rude and argumentative

Got stuck in the car wash.
Not withstanding that I had my niece who got extremely freaked out by it, I went inside to ask what happened and was told
"It happens all the time. You were under 5 minutes stuck".
No apologies at all and complete attitude and rudeness from the car wash attendant.
At no point was I asking for money, a refund, or was being rude. All it would take is an apology from them but that guy decided he had to argue with me that it's normal what happened.
I've been driving well over 20 years and have never once been stuck in a car wash. And to boot the pure attitude reply I got back.
Do not come here.

I'm allergic to gas ⛽️ and someone told me Esso on Maple Grove was full-serve. I went and was told to go to Petro-Canada across the street. There was nobody at the pumps... he lost $95. I will go to Petro-Canada from now on. The gentleman at Petro-Canada was very nice.

DON'T wash your car here. It damaged my wife's front bumper to the tune of $3,000. Worst part? They claim it's not their fault and I had to pay the $1,000 deductible. Attendant said, "It happens all the time". It deserves zero stars but you have to pick at least one star in the app. Stay away.

The charge you for premium car wash, but they don’t wash underneath the car.

Gas pumps are painfully slow here. Staff is always pleasant.

Have been going to this Esso for well over 20 years. Ibriham is one of the nicest proprietors of a gas station I’ve ever met. Great service.

Nice local neighborhood gas station with nice prices and excellent employees the service was good overall.

The car wash is always "broken" mid summer closed... winter closed... either they don't have the staff or they don't understand maintenance.Also always be prepared to pay a premium at the pump compaired to gas stations within a 5km radius
