“Fabulous customer service. I had ordered an arrangement to be sent last Thursday to an office. I had some trouble finding out the status. Apparently the delivery driver tried on Thursday and Friday to deliver but was unable to connect with anyone. I called the store on Monday to find out the status. It turns out that I had not updated my phone number so the store was unable to contact me. I am sorry to say that I did not ask the name of the lady I spoke too, but she did speak with confidence so I assume its the franchise owner. She was amazing. She explained the multiple tries for delivery and that a new arrangement could be sent today. I did have to pay the delivery charge but that is to be expected since the driver had already attempted several times. Before the driver left today, the store called me to say they could not reach the recipient. I contacted the recipient to confirm they were at the office and advised the store. I have received confirmation that the delivery was successful. This kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. 10 stars for sure. Thankyou.”
