“I received a gift card for my birthday. After a bit of a challenge placing my online order, I realized some things. The team at Ketolibriyum really do care about customer service. I was quite pleased to find out that they are not just an online store, but that they actually have a store in Oakville. Just 20 minutes from home! I went in to pick up my order, and was greeted by a lovely young lady who worked in the store (I'm so sorry that I don't recall your name). She gave me a tour of their store, and pointed out items that are not on their website. It's a small store, but has so much to offer. Thanks for not letting me slip through the cracks. I'll definitely be back.”
