I will for sure buy a car from Spencer. He was so great when I went to test drive a few cars. He took the time, he knew what he was talking about and was not a pushy sales man at all. I cannot believe how clean and nice the dealership is. The whole experience well exceeded my expectations.

Good service.January 29th- Service Advisor Prab does a great job. He clearly communicated everything that needs to be done with my vehicle. I forgot about the latest transmission fluid change and requested one. Prab looked into my file and said its already done and won't be needed till the next needed interval.Thank you!

Not impressed with lack of communication from service department, managment that costed me roughly $350 (it wouldn't have costed the dealer a penny to sort this out if they have followed common sense in the first place) I also have tried multiple times to reach out to see what can be done to remedy this, but they can't be bothered to even callback.Out of the whole dealership only one person has shown interest in helping, unfortunately resolution its out of his scope of responsibility.Seriously unimpressed with lack of customer service and basic business ethics at this dealer.Update: 11 days ago was promised a call back from manager.. guess what.. no follow up... no resultsUpdate: nothing has been done, not calls have been returned. Kinda expected that but still was hoping for some ownership of issue from this dealership that positions itself as premium.

Amazing experience, the handover from service to sales was the smoothest I've ever experienced. The team was very professional and welcoming. It was a treat meeting Hardik and Abdul Ghafoor, the way they handle customers, understand their needs, work within the budget to provide options. It was a wow experience from start to finish!!!

I just walked in to this Hyundai dealership . I was not expecting so much from the dealership because I noticed most of the dealerships lacked professionalism and knowledge about EVs. Also, sales people were not so into approaching customers since they have line ups of them anyways in these days. However, I met a sales person named Jerry. He was knowledgeable about EVs and showing me some recommendations as we were speaking about my family needs. Also, he gave me pros and cons about EVs, hybrid and gasoline with insights and getting lease or finance and more which was helpful for me to make decision. The financial teams were also pros providing friendly and seamless services. Jerry also demonstrated detailed presentation about the vehicle features. For me, it was a big step to go from gasoline to EV. So far I am enjoying the vehicle and just about to get home charger. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Including the manager, everyone performed high end quality service. Just like Hyundai motto, WAH!

It was all in all a good experience, I requested Service 3 plus some additional work on my vehicle and when I got there everything was throughly explained by the technician who was ver professional on his explanations, then I dropped the keys and they called me back when the work was done.Very straightforward, exactly what I was expecting.I recommend this place.

I have owned several vehicles in the past, but Hyundai Oakville was by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From sales to finance and everything in between, it was a smooth transaction and I am so happy with my 2024 Santa Cruz!

Proposing you services you don’t need … Not the type of Hyundai standard l’ve been used too… Will not forget that bad experience, and particularly the arrogance and hypocrisy demonstrated by the Manager. Shame on you.
