I have to share my experience while shopping the other day at Kitchen Stuff Plus . I just love shopping here as they have incredible products and prices. My visit was extra special this time because during a very difficult parent moment with my little tired one an associate (I believe her badge said Julie. Blonde with glasses)came over and surprised/calmed my daughter with stickers and put a smile on both our faces ! This act of kindness you don’t find everyday . Cheers to Kitchen Stuff Plus for great customer service and amazing staff .

Wow, they had everything. It was amazing. I competitive prices too. I really appreciate that and one stop shop. It’s hard these days to find a store that has this much product in this niche area kitchen and home. Amazing love it will be back first time not the last timethank you Bobby L

I had a disappointing experience at Kitchen Stuff Plus, specifically with the sales associate Julie. She sold us a knife set with a clear 30-day return policy, provided the items remained unused. We took her at her word and purchased the set, intending to try it out and return it if it didn't meet our expectations.
Within the specified timeframe, we returned to the store with the unopened knife set, only to be met with resistance from Julie. Despite our assurance that the knives were unused, she began scrutinizing the packaging and products, claiming she saw scratches on the knives. We were shocked and frustrated, as the knives were indeed brand new and untouched.
What followed was an unprofessional and confrontational exchange. Julie became defensive and accusatory, insisting that we must have damaged the knives. When we politely asked to speak with a manager, Julie continued to interject and make assumptions about our behavior, claiming we were yelling when we were not. The manager attempted to mediate the situation, but Julie's behavior remained unprofessional, and she continued to point out minor scratches that were likely present before we purchased the product.
Ultimately, the manager was unable to override due to Julie's objections, and we were denied the return. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed in the customer service we received. Due to Julie's behavior, I will not be returning to Kitchen Stuff Plus and would caution others to be aware of the potential for inconsistent customer service.
Update: I went to Kitchen Stuff plus in Hamilton. They did return it. I would recommend not to go to this location. Because of the customer service here.

I recently purchased a knife set from Julie at Kitchen Stuff Plus, and she assured us that we could return it within 30 days if we weren't satisfied, as long as it was unused. However, when we brought it back within the return window, Julie's behavior was completely different. Despite the knives being brand new and unopened, she claimed they were scratched and refused to process the return.
What was even more frustrating was her attitude during our conversation with the manager. She kept interrupting and accusing us of yelling, even though we were calm and respectful throughout. The manager attempted to intervene and help us, but Julie's insistence on the alleged scratches ultimately led to our return being denied.
The entire experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend shopping at Kitchen Stuff Plus due to Julie's poor customer service. It's clear that she does not prioritize customer satisfaction, and her behavior was unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was at the store on Burloak on Friday evening and I had the PLEASURE of being served by Karim, this young man was an absolute pleasure to meet, he approached me when I walked in and asked if he could help me, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and an amazing young man. I wanted to buy a lounger and he called to have someone come to the front to look after the cash so he could take it to my car for me. In the short time I was in the store I got to get to know him. Thank you so very much Karim for making my day as your customer service was simply AWESOME, whatever do choose to do in your future I see success for you.

While the place is great, the staff member with the purpley rainbow hair that worked around 2pm today needs to learn not to touch their customers babies. Honestly. Who does that? And she had fake pointy nails and touched. For a mother, I don’t know where her hands have been, I don’t know any ailments you might have. Clearly no respect

Excellent kitchen and bathroom store that I've been shopping at for years, they have great stock and varieties of everything. Allow them to send you emails so you can be notified of the sale prices when they come about, they give good deals in those emails. The staff on site are always polite, helpful and know what's in store.
