Great collection and nice designs. Got 10 chandeliers and 3 pendant lights from them for my new house.But, customer support is not the best. I had one piece of crystal missing from one of the chandeliers. When I went to ask for it the owner gave me a long story of how they don’t have extra pieces and asked me to check every few months if they have it. She didn’t even bother to check, she was just eager to get rid of me.

An all around fantastic experienceWe were so glad to happen upon this lighting store as we had been searching for a vanity light for our bathroom renovation. Not only did Living Lighting have an abundance of options to choose from, the owners were super helpful narrowing down the choices and even had the proper bulbs to go with it.With great selection, fair prices and friendly service.We will definitely be back in the near future as we continue to upgrade our lighting.

We did a major reno in our house recently and bought two chandeliers, three pendants and three sconces from this store. They gave us ~20% discount off the regular prices which is fine but not a deal for overpriced fixtures made overseas. They were friendly and helpful in general (so three stars).You need to watch out for the prices though as some items are extremely overpriced. I was really mad when I saw the same pendants at homedepot a few weeks later at half the price!! They even sold us a floor model pendant at 50% higher than the price of a brand new one at homedepot!!I sent them an email and waited one week before writing this review but they didn’t get back to me. I was going to buy more fixtures from this store but won’t go back.

I was searching for a specific light for my kitchen. Couldn’t find it anywhere and was very frustrated. Went into the Oakville location and they instantly found exactly what I wanted, pricing was fantastic and the customer service was simply the best! Such genuinely nice people, just a wonderful experience! I will never buy lighting from anywhere but here. 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you!

Do NOT buy anything from this store. They take your money and go silent. A horrible customer experience. We were treated very unjustly and rudely. Took our money and then no follow ups of when our light fixture would arrive. After 4 months of us calling and asking - we kept getting the run around.This store and people are liars

We purchased 8 lighting fixtures and ceiling fans last weekend and were very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly service and price. This was the 4th lighting store we browsed at looking for the right products for our upcoming renovation and Sam and team were awesome. Will definitely go here first the next time we need lighting products.

Got charged a 25% restocking fee on 3 lights we bought( Almost $100). Even after we said we were buying 3 more expensive lights. Their terms and conditions are totally misleading stating 14 days return, but down at the bottom it mentions a restocking fee for items not in stock. I am ordering online, so not sure how I know if it is in stock in the store!!Be very careful dealing with this store as there will be zero flexibility no matter what…not friendly service at all! Stay away..

I purchased 3 lights online that were back ordered. When I received them I realozed the site did not fully explain the light. I thought I was purchasing a “sconce” which it was but it had a stem. And while there was an explanation there was a stem it was not clear that this stem had to be used. Instead of the light on the website as depicted (with no other pictures). I feel this was misleading. My pic out of box shows it could not be installed without the ste. I went to the store thinkingI had 2weeks to return but was charged almost $90 for a restocking fee despite telling the store owner the situation and that I would exchange these with an alternate which I had already picked. But their answer was “you should have looked closer at the spec’s”, “you should call us before you order” (defeating the purpose of online) and “it was in the terms”. Sure at the very bottom. I have bought lights at LL in the past but no longer. Online ordering is done all the time. And those companies clothing, furniture etc all provide an easy return. And you know returns happen. This is just a cash grab. I know that light will go back to the manufacturer. Terrible service

I have a Kuzco light fixture to replace under warranty. I’ve being trying for months, owner of Living Lighting Oakville is unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I eventually reached Kuzco who helped expedite a replacement unit.

I am really happy with Living Lighting service. The people there were nice to lend me a upward and downward Outdoor wall lantern to see which one suits best from there display because they had non in stock. Due to Covid the lights took some time, but well worth it. When the lights came there was 1 broken glass that was easily replaced. And everything else was excellent condition. Thank you Living Lighting.

I had a very bad experience here. The owners were very rude and sneeky. They made a mistake with one of my orders and blamed it on me. I would be very careful shopping here.
