Not sure why the Website lists a number of brands that are "supposedly" carried at Melanie Lyne, when NONE are carried there. The only brands they had at this Oakville location was their own ML or Laura brands. Certainly there was ZERO Ribkoff or Lyman. They should update their site to remove 99% of the brands which are not stocked at the shops. Waste of my time and won't go back to ML again.

I’ve been shopping at this store for over 15 years. It’s definitely my go to store for all of my clothing needs. The staff is amazing and make it a point of getting to know you personally. From the minute I walk into the store until I leave I feel welcome. Love shopping there.

So, second time at this location and each time Snezana gave me 10star service! She went through the clothes and gave me the best suggestions for what I needed. She makes shopping at this location exciting. I left like I got such a deal!

Worst customer service experience ever. I shopped at Laura and Melanie Lyn for a photoshoot for my website. Bought extra because I had not decided on a look. Two days later I had to go overseas and when I came back we had two deaths in the family. The photoshoot got delayed and some of the clothes I had purchased but not worn were unsuitable. I called customer service and they said the store assistants had full discretion and could give me store credit which I could use to purchase more clothes at a later point in the store. The staff at Melanie Lyne were horrible. Made me feel horrible about returning clothes late. Gave me huge attitude then told me as if they were doing me a huge favour that i had to shop on the spot and as a final sale if i wanted anything back. I was not well that day but still had to find clothes and buy them. The next day I went to their sister company Laura and with compassion and understanding they gave me store credit for the clothes I had bought. My experience was AWFUL and I will NEVER shop here again. Had they given em store credit I would still have spent that money in the store. Horrible service and a traumatic experience.

AVOID!! Disappointed in this company. Despite having an allergy to the stores sanitizer (and having own available), patrons are not able to shop here. I will no longer shop at this location. Even health care facilities are not outrageous with their policy. SHOP AT ANOTHER LOCATION OR COMPETITOR.
