A stop spot for all your art and craft needs. I couldn't find a chef's hat there though but other than this one incident it never disappoints.

I had a very positive experience with the male cashier whose name I believe is Matthew. He was very kind and patient, and went above and beyond to help me use a coupon when I didn’t know any better. It showed a lot of honesty on his part, which is what breeds customer loyalty!

Michaels Oakville was wonderful. Several staff members went out of their way to ask if we required help; taking the time to walk us to the area of the store where we were able to select what we needed.
