Oakville Michael’s at North service Road is one stop for my hunt of feather pen. The girl Yumna was a sweetheart, she helped me slot to find the stuff I needed. Excellent customer service experience, thanks Yumna❤️

I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter at the Michael Store, but when she opened it under the Christmas tree, she discovered that one of the most important accessories was missing. This was hands down the worst experience I've had in Canada.When I went to return it, the customer service was terrible, including the manager Aaron, who was so cold and expressionless throughout.At first they said they couldn't refund without a receipt, but later they said they could refund less money. In other words, if you buy it for 50% of the original price, you can only get a 33% refund.When I found emails and credit card swipe records proving that I had indeed purchased from Michael, they still didn’t refund.

This isnt my regular so but I decided to stop in since I was in the plaza anyway. Good selection of items. Lots of Parking. Cash was slow. Noticed the staff weren't as friendly as my local store.

The store was stocked/clean, and shelves were beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations.Sales were amazing for Halloween/fall items.This is the best one I have been to by far.Will be shopping there again.It's worth the drive to #Orangeville
