I love to support small businesses. First time going there. Owner was very friendly. He explained his products. I wish they had a hot foods counter!. He showed me beautiful empanadas. Likely to purchase another time. Iwould both recommend and return.

Good place for Latin products, the price is quite reasonable, perhaps they just need a little more variety in the assortment.-

I was throwing a party with my first taco bar so I went to Nostalgia. I got great advice on recipes and products to make it authentic. The dinner was a huge success!

My partner and I took a cooking class at Nostalgia recently. Not only was it a lot of fun, it was also delicious! The chef was very knowledgeable about Mexican cuisine and was a joy to watch!

Great little latin market in Oakville. Good selection of products and they'll even order in items that they may not carry regularly. Recommended.

Small but lots of Mexican products. Dried peppers, canned and jars of sauces, hot sauces and more. They have several fridges with cheeses, nopales, tamales, meats and deserts. Good people.

We travel from Brampton to shop here - it is the best Latin store we have visited - get the chicken tinga - it is amazing! The breadth of products they carry is better than anywhere else.

A great place to purchase authentic Mexican foods, from bottled sauces and spices and beautiful freshly made ingredients perfect for a Mexican food feast! We are so glad this lovely shop is located not far from us on Kerr Street. Keep up the great work, we will be back!

Good family owned grocery market selling precooked Mexican and South American food. Very friendly owners. Store is very clean and well organized. Very authentic items. I went in looking for a specific chilli paste to make a Peruvian Chicken and came out with food for 2 meals. Worth checking out

Bought all my ingredients to make Birria tacos from here! Amazing prices and you can send an email to get registered for their online shop so you can see what they offer and pick it up. Love it and will definitely be back soon!!

As someone who moved to the area from Louisiana and Texas, I missed Tex-Mex food (I know what I got used to there wasn’t authentic Mexican). Finding basic staples like good refried beans, good corn tortillas, and good Mexican rice is difficult. I finally made my way to their market and was blown away by the selection. For me, the show stealer were the tamales. That’s what I was looking for most and was able to pick up pork tamales and chicken mole tamales and they were absolutely delicious. I was also surprised at how big they were! There are four to a pack, which might not sound like much, but they are really big. Not to mention, delicious.Their pre-cooked chicken is an excellent filler when you need to make something quickly. And their canned goods selection is excellent. On my trip, I was able to pick up excellent refried beans, enchilada sauce, adobo sauce, mole, Tortillas, and more.I highly recommend La Nostalgia. The staff was excellent and helpful and very gracious and answering my questions. I can’t wait to go back there
