My boyfriend and I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The whole team was extremely helpful. From the salesman, Adam to Esteban in Finance, and Kathy and Mark the manager. We purchased a traded in Ford and they still treated it like one of their own, lol. Vehicle needed new breaks which they did before handing us the keys. Didn't feel overly pressured and we were given all options with transparency. We left happy with the experience. Would have given 5 stars if we'd been allowed to take it on the highway for our test drive.

Top notch professional and timely service. Andy at the service desk is excellent and his colleague Tom is terrific also. I drive well out of my way to have my vehicle serviced by these guys because they are professional, are respectful of your time, and are clear communicators.

Service is usually quick and good, that said be very careful when checking out and paying your bill. I precisely asked for the piece of mind service advertised at $135.99, with an Air filter change advertised at $39.99, and asked to use my Mopar coupons which in this case to $20. I get the final bill and it's $210 plus tax! I tell the service guy that it doesn't match my math, and he argues that the $135.99 is for regular (not synthetic oil) and hence the difference, he then walks e to their poster to demonstrate that! I had to pull up the ad I got from Mopar which clearly states Synthetic oil at which time he's like I'll honor it this time as if he is doing me a favor!!!!!I find it extremely unprofessional and consider it very bad service to try and trick your customers (particularly repeat ones) into paying more when both Mopar and they advertise a totally different price. I also made it clear when I took the car in that I specifically requested this service at that price! While they do a good job servicing vehicles, their service coordinators need some serious training on customer service and how you can destroy a business by trying to charge your "informed" customers more. Very disappointing, I'll give them one more chance before I take my business elsewhere next time.

Great service dept... Knowledgeable and quick. Tom the service dept manager and his staff are awesome. I've dealt with many services departments in the past and the guys at Oakville Ram are far and beyond the best, thier work is exceptional and your never back for the same issue twice. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately not as positive an experience as last visit. Booked the appointment for an oil change the day before. Dropped off my truck 15 mins early, left it with them for 2.5 hours and when I went to pick it up and pay I had to wait 20 mins while the desk clerk entered information on the computer and completed paperwork. This should have been done prior to my arrival…they had plenty of time and they even commented that they weren’t very busy that morning.
