“Katherine Dykstra came to our home to do a colour consultation. She was on time. She looked through our home to get a feel for our style. We were interested in new colours for the principle bedroom and bathroom and also for the living room and dining room. She took into consideration the colours we wanted and had really good ideas on how to incorporate them. She has a great colour sense. We enjoyed working with her.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Huge Thank You to Derek at Paintscapes West Benjamin Moore Oakville! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last Friday afternoon (July 18th), my painter and I stopped by Paintscapes West Benjamin Moore in Oakville with a bit of a flooring dilemma on our hands. We were in search of a matte varnish or stain to fix a tricky issue at our client’s home and thankfully, we had the good fortune of being assisted by Derek. From the moment we walked in, Derek went above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to understand our problem, but he also jumped right in to help us test solutions using the sample board we brought along. He provided everything we needed, brushes, a heat gun to speed up drying, and most importantly, expert advice. The store wasn’t overly busy, which meant we got to monopolize Derek’s time (sorry, not sorry!). It truly felt like a collaborative effort, and his recommendation for the flat varnish was spot-on. The final results at our client’s home were stunning--honestly, the floor looked even better than before the issue arose. Our client was thrilled, and so were we. Derek, thank you for your patience, your expertise, and your generosity. I’ll be sure to swing by and thank you in person next time I’m in the area. You turned a stressful situation into a success story!”
“This Sherwin-Williams Paint Store is hands down one of the best paint stores I’ve ever dealt with !!! Every visit is consistently excellent from start to finish. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, and stocked with a huge selection of paints, stains, supplies, and tools for projects of any size. What truly makes this location stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re confident in your choices whether it’s matching colors, recommending the right paint for a specific surface, or helping you stay within budget. Their product knowledge is outstanding, and they take the time to explain things clearly without ever making you feel rushed. Customer service here is next level. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in, and they make you feel valued whether you’re picking up a single quart or placing a large order. The team is efficient, attentive, and always willing to offer helpful tips that make a real difference in the final result. If you’re a contractor, homeowner, or DIYer, this Oakville Sherwin-Williams location is a no-brainer. Great products, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere every single time. Highly recommend this is how customer service should be done 100%”
