The lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I didn't use their service and she offered to find another (less expensive) carrier for me. I declined, but how nice was that? Still have the package btw...

Had a serious issue with FedEx over a time sensitive package. Fedex was unresponsive and not helpful. I called Pak Mail and dealt with Alexandria, she went out of her way to help me out even though things weren't under her control. She further followed up with me to advise me the problem was solved. I appreciate the effort! Thank you!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I needed to send a box of personal effects with a lot of sentimental value to France. I had been given a psychotic range of quotes and information, so was a bit ragged by the time I got to Pakmail. Aleks explained best option and method for delivery, ensured that the stuff was packed securely and properly, got a range of quotes in and explained them all, and basically solved all the problems. She and Pakmail are beyond excellent.

The Oakville Pakmail team was truly remarkable, assisting us every step of the way while trying to have our belongings shipped overseas. The team gave me regular updates on the crating, shipping and any hiccups along the way. I felt in the know and did not require follow ups on my belongings as they were happy and willing to give me the information as it came in.

To log an ongoing issue with store at Creditview.Although they are closed I still need to log my experience. So I purchased a mailbox June 2018 for a one year term. The purpose of the box was to have an address to use for my business. No mail would be received as all legal/business documents had my home address. This was just to have a return label with an address on all outgoing packages for my online store. Reaching someone was torture since August til now. Around august/September I spoke to Vesna from an oakville store who did not notify me the store was closing. Just that she was helping with that store. Last week I found out the old owner skipped town with all records documents and money and the store is closed. I've left messages for the number listed for head office which is someone's personal cell phone and nobody returns calls or answers that phone. Shady shady shady!! So now I have no business address, have to reprint labels for my parcels and I'm put the cost of the mailbox! I wrote a lovely email to head office and have yet to get a reply to that as well. Looks like consumer services, media, police and civil court will be next. They get 1 star because zero isnt an option.

Owners of this business need to understand that instead of making money on printing a label for $5 in a town where a similar printing job costs as low as 10 cents or the competitor does that free of charge, they need to make repeat customers by offering the bundle of services at an affordable cost.

The location on google is wrong. It’s just south of the big WSP building; which is something the staff had no idea of when I called and said I was where google said this store was. Instead she kept telling me “we are about to close”. Well if you were able to describe where your store was, I would have made it before closing!

Great place to do fed ex locally. Please be aware this isn't a fed ex owed location, they are contracted to offer fed ex services from a retail standpoint. They don't have access to internal fed ex info (account numbers, specialized tracking info, or bills from fed ex, etc) They just accept packages on behalf of fed ex. And will ship things out for you :-)

Went to Pak Mail today to have a parcel shipped through FedEx. Requested to have it processed and was asked for a shipping label which i did not have on hand. This for some reason upset the employee (Tatjana Kovacevic) working there and she was not willing to help. She then suggested that I email it to her and for a charge of $5 per page she can print it for me. I did not know that this was a FedEx policy to charge people to print shipping labels. Being a business that uses FedEx a lot this experience really doesn't sit well.
