Had a very unpleasant conversation with Katie today. She tells me I am 8 minutes late to my dogs appointment and needs to reschedule. Like come on 8 minutes and she cannot accommodate? I’ve booked with her twice sure I was late to the first one and we rescheduled but this one was literally 8 minutes late. And on top of that she has the audacity to tell me “Oh it’s a regular trend with your appointment” girl go check your logs I’m surprised she’s even employed there. Wonder if she’s slow and cannot catch up or if she’s been treating other clients the same way! Just frustrating!

Thanks for selling my order while I was on the way to pick it up. “Is that the guy in the blue shirt” yup it was.. Thanks for making me drive 100km + the false information I was given.. this is unacceptable. Be better. I know you’ll know when you read this.

I had a very unpleasant experience tonight with the shift manager, Sarah. While every other employee at this location has always been polite and respectful, Sarah’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. At 8:59 PM, one minute before closing, she abruptly yelled (at me) that “I need you to leave the store now.”
The store was not closed yet, and I was already preparing to leave on my own. There was absolutely no need for her to raise her voice or speak to me in that manner. Her tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
I understand and respect closing times, but one should never be spoken to like that. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses the way she communicates with customers.

I always get my dog groomed here, and they always do a great job, but the groomer (I think her name was Ket) who did it today was absolutely amazing. My dog looks the best he ever has. The cut was perfect, he looked so near and teddy like. Super happy with how he turned out! Thanks Ket!!

A volunteer taught me about everything I needed to know about getting the fleas of my kitten, couldn't catch her name but it was such a helpful experience-if you want novelty, knowledge and top tier products to benefit your pet, I would advise you to visit this location.

Edit: i’m updating my review. I no longer go to this location to get my dog groomed, even though they do a good job. They cancelled on me hours before my appointment which is no problem at all. I understand people get sick. But they said they would call to reschedule the appointment and they never did. My appointment was in May and obviously it’s several months later and they never reached out once to try and reschedule the appointment.
I also find most of the groomers with the exception of one to be very unpleasant with people. They do a great job on the dogs and they were really great with my dog, which is why I kept going back, but I feel like you should be nicer to the person paying for the service.
A few years ago, I brought my older dog in to get groomed and she is not well behaved when getting groomed so they were unable to complete the groom– which is fine. I completely understand because her behaviour was bad, but they still made me pay for a groom, even though they didn’t actually groom my dog. Like they wet her and they didn’t do anything else. And I had to pay for that before they would release my dog to me. It’s really disappointing because they do great work. It’s just they’re not good with people and them not ever rescheduling with me was the final straw. I still go to PetSmart for my dog’s grooms, just not this location.

They do a good job grooming my poodle. The sales/floor staff at this location are really friendly compared to the port credit location. My dog can be a little annoying but the groomers never say anything bad about her.

Placed a same day delivery order online at 2pm. It was set to be delivered between 730pm-9pm. I phoned the store at 845pm because I knew they were closing at 9pm and my order had not arrived yet. The woman I spoke to who said she was the manager( Sarah) was not helpful at all. It seemed she just wanted to argue or had something to prove. She told me that it depends IF door dash decides to pick up the order. So if door dash decides not to pick up the order I'm basically SOL and the store would then be closed, so I wouldn't get my dogs food. She said she has no control because they aren't the ones who deliver it and she had no way to help me. After a good 3 mins of arguing with me she then says that she CAN contact door dash to find out whats happening!! This is what I originally asked!! Anyways magically door dash showed up at the store for my order while she was contacting them. I received a call back from Manager Sarah to let me know. She was a whole new person at this point and was super apologetic on behalf of Petsmart. IMO damage was already done. Pet Valu is closer to me anyway. Its now 8:59pm and I'm awaiting Door Dash 🤞
On a side note the lady who usually works the front cash on the day shift is a wonderful person! She's been there for years and is always very friendly and very helpful. If the review was about her it would be 5 stars.
