Went to buy fruit flys to feed my spiders, they had a bunch of containers but every single fly in every single container was dead despite the hatch day showing less than 2 weeks ago, went to show the worker and she clearly didn’t care. They clearly don’t care enough to keep there animals alive I wouldn’t recommend buying any sort of live animal from here

I was shocked to see the fish tanks today at the Oakville location. The photos don’t show the amount of algae the tanks had. Some fish were stuck in the algae and they couldn’t swim due to overwhelming growth. They should feel ashamed for neglecting their fish this way!!!!!!!!!

We live in the area, so this has always been a convenient location for us. Unfortunately, over time the experience has gone downhill. It’s consistently difficult to find a store associate when you need help, on one visit we waited around 20 minutes, and everyone we approached was understandably “too busy” or wasn’t able to help. Perhaps the store is understaffed.
Checkout is usually the final letdown. The interactions at the cashier tend to feel rushed and unfriendly, almost as if customer service is optional rather than part of the role.
It’s disappointing, especially given the number of much better pet stores nearby. We’ll be choosing other options going forward.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The cashier (don’t know her name but she has red hair) was polite in her dealings and helped me out with finding the items that I was looking for.

Whoever designed the entrance needs to be fired, if you exit from 403, you need to do drive around the entire mall for the entrance. No Indoor access as well.

Just had my ShihTzu in for a grooming. The groomer cut her tail short, no longer a fluffy tail. Who does this to this breed??

I came before 9pm because the store hours say 9 -9 and the person at the cashier just told me they were closing and I should try to come the next day
If a store has stabilished hours should respect them.

I have been coming to this location for about four years.And everybody is super helpful as soon as you walk in.There's always a greeter.There's always stalk. Lots of cute things to choose for dogs, anywhere from leashes and collars.And bandanas and the clothes are cute too, but you have to grab them fast because they sell out super quick.
