When I contacted Craig he was quick to respond and upfront about his availability, that being said in under two weeks he came up with the artwork and installed. He even suggested some improvements that made it better (and cheaper) than what I originally approved.

“I had an incredible experience with this UPS Store and wanted to share it. I recently purchased my wedding dress from a seller in Canada, and this store handled the international shipment. Anyone who has ever shipped something valuable across the border knows it can get complicated — customs forms, duties, tracking gaps, the works. And this wasn’t just any package… this was my wedding dress.
The staff (particularly Joanna) here were on top of everything from the start. They took the time to make sure the packaging was secure, completed all of the necessary customs paperwork correctly, and stayed in communication throughout the process. When there was a delay at customs, they didn’t brush me off — they actually helped troubleshoot, followed up, and made sure I understood what to expect. They treated the shipment with care and urgency, which meant the world to me.
Because of their attention and effort, my dress arrived safely and in perfect condition. I’m genuinely grateful — they turned a situation that could have been extremely stressful into something smooth and reassuring.
