Prepaid drop-off experience during working hours (YMMV) : Quick and easy. Line was short when I visited. Sometimes their trucks park behind you for loading up and then it becomes difficult to come out of the parking.

Arrived just before closing and handed the lady my tag and she quickly proceeded to retrieve my parcel. In and out in less than 5 minutes.
