By far the worst branch I’ve been to in years. The service was slow and instead of regular service counters, they have pods, which I’m told are to accommodate seniors and to enhance privacy. It’s actually the complete opposite. Branch manager also elected to have LGBTQ flags posted in the branch in lieu of Canadian ones.

I have been at this branch many times.The staff is extremely helpful - special shout out to Tyler for great service!I have seen many negative reviews about this particular branch but can't relate to any of it.... Only good experiences for me!

Worst RBC branch you can deal with.Although they replaced most of their tellers but still very lame with very poor customer service, they aren’t helpful at all and none is willing to proceed your simple requests.Even the branch manager is extremely rude and always in such a grumpy attitude all the time.I can’t believe these idiots have such jobs that don’t deserve it and pissing clients off.Can’t wait to see this branch shut down.STAY AWAY AND DEAL WITH ANY OTHER BRANCH.

I usually avoid going into the bank until it is absolutely necessary. But that day I had to and this branch manager didn't make it any easier. The worst manager you can have for any branch. A simple task and she refused to do it. I had to go to another branch to get it done. I would avoid this branch at any cost.

So let's start off with RBC offering me a credit card. I needed a travel card work lounge access and went to pick up my card at the Bronte location. I was told by 2 different branch employees that the card had lounge access. 1 month later I try to get into the lounge and if course it doesn't have access. Poorly trained staff not knowing their own products but I still keep the card. 2 weeks later I go to the location at Heartland. I tell them I want to close off my car loan with Tesla. They give me a total of 7k and change, I pay it and leave. One week later RBC is bombing my phone demanding payment. I received I'vup to 3 calls a day Saying I owe money. Letters in the mail with different amounts owing. Still harassing phone calls continue and I go back to the Bronte location and try to clear up this missed payments and why i had 3 letters with 2 different amounts owing. Surprisingly, the highly trained and knowledgeable staff could not figure out and went to talk to branch manager Sherril Wright. She storms out of her office, tells at me Saying I missed a payment without even hearing the back story and storms back into her office. A very seagull like management technique, Flys away from the nest, craps on everyone and everything, then flies back to the nest. Needless to say, I just pay the fee, cleared up my balance on my credit card and canceled it on January 11th. Today February 28th, just received a letter saying I owe $11.29 to for a charge on the 18th. 7 days after I canceled thecard. RBC DO BETTER, BE BETTER! Ridiculous.

I never hated any Bank until this...very Bad service and manager giving too much attitude. Shes giving a bad image for the whole Bank. Please change to staff that could help.

Worst rbc branch. I hope to God you don't have to be here. Manager is giving whole bank a bad reputation. Banked with rbc for6 year. This is worst service ever.

Royal Bank at this location and in general have become quite sub par. They fail to answer basic questions and provide adequate service. I've been with them for 25 years personally, and my business 12 years.Going to have to make a switch to another bank that actually knows their profession.
