I’m grateful that I’m not banking with these idiots!!The staff I interacted with at the front desk was horrible - no greetings, rude attitude, sipping her drink while she didn’t even offer me to sit!! On top of all that she didn’t even know how to use their appointment system!!Complete waste of time!!!!

Absolutely terrible service from this branch and their advisor. In a meeting, we were told that the service we were looking to follow up on was not done through local branches (fair enough). We were to expect a follow up email following the meeting and a phone call from the relevant department within a week. NONE of these things happened. Not even a follow up email explicitly requested from the advisor. Calling the Estate department, none of the information we had provided to the branch was passed onto the correct entities. Basically, these people did absolutely nothing for us. My advice - go elsewhere if you can. They are no help whatsoever. My experiences at CIBC and TD have been overwhelmingly better.

I came to this branch today to ask for a reference pertaining to my past mortgage and I asked for my own personal information and it seem difficult and challenging to get. She also took her time to give me the letter as she does not like me and was completely unprofessional and racist.I don’t find they friendly but rather rude have no customer service experiment.Kelly the blond lady who should not work there but rather fired from this position.It took them over 30 min to give me a letter .

The staff here are rude, incompetent, and do not take their jobs seriously even as they are handling customers' money and livelihoods. Their ATM machines are constantly broken and everyone always looks miserable no matter what day or time it is. Why even have ATMs if they can't handle the most basic transactions without breaking? They are full of excuses and blame 'corporate' for their problems even when the mistake is clearly their fault and lack of accountability. Management doesn't seem to know what is going on in their branch half of the time, they spend most of their day holed up in their offices and let their under-trained tellers handle the issues. The worst Scotiabank in Oakville by far.

I've had my Tangerine account for many years & in all that time I did not know I could use Scotia Bank. Guess I should read my mail more closely. But it's great to know there're just around the corner.

I was so luck to meet Kelly in this branch today. She has been trying to resolve my credit card issue as a professional for an hour, and I can strongly trust and rely on Scotia Bank because of her dedicated effort and advice. Thanks so much for your great help, Kelly. :)

Why do I need to wait for an advisor booking to make an simple GIC. I understand if I need an advise. Now I am unable to buy a special GIC which might not be available when I get a booking with advisor and will also interest which I could have earned.

Great customer service. The staff works as a team. I was able to find out what the issue was with 2 wire transfers and was able to remove the holds no problem. Atif Hucsain very polite, helpful and knowable person.

Not sure what the issue is with an ABM not being able to accept a deposit...but multiple times I've shown up at this location after hours and neither terminal allows me to deposit money...My experience with staff has been great, but the services they offer when they're closed leaves something to be desired when all I'm looking to do is deposit money into my account

Very awfully service. I went to this branch on Saturday to open my first account. The teller said my driver's license isn't acceptable, while I used it since 2019 in lawyer offices, other banks ... without any issues. I even showed my health card, SIN card. Another teller asked for birth certificate. Their manager who didn't show up also said no. So ridiculous. I want to give them 0.I went to another branch and opened an account without any problem.

I had my first time experience in this branch,I have few products with Scotia bank , was going to open an investment and checking account, I am glad I didn’t open my account… absolutely horrible service, staff and manager need some training….
