I honestly do not even know where to start with this branch, it’s that bad.I’m on vacation in Florida and will have to drive 30 minutes each way to the branch here in Sarasota, to get my business done. ( EDIT the US branches are independent of the Canadian branches and could not help. Got it done eventually, after speaking to the manager. She told me to call another number. Start to finish was hours /most of my afternoon. While on vacation) I pulled my business and personal accounts from them. Then they bought the bank I went to. They blew that and left everyone without money for 5 days back then too. After saying there would be no interruption. I’ve literally wasted about half an hour trying to do a simple change so I can do a digital transaction. They never pick up. It is not acceptable in today’s world that you will call me by the end of day or the end of the next business day. We move much faster than that nowadays. The other day we put a small loan through and they didn’t even have me sign all the paperwork and I had to return. It took over an hour to do a couple simple things with the teller. In the end they could not provide even simple service in an effective manner. The days I attended, the branch, everyone in line was disgruntled with the service and many with their interactions. This is why I pulled all my money (a very substantial sum) and deposited it with EQ bank. After today my mothers funds will also be pulled.

Line up is huge, when I got in there is only 1 person in front of me but after 15 mins waiting I am still at the 2nd place. 4 employees working at this location but they don’t seem to be efficient doing their job. As time I am typing this review there is 6 people behind me looking desperate.

First time visiting this particular branch and I won't be back. They were unable to complete a basic transaction that I've done monthly at other TD locations for more than five years. The manager was very unhelpful and told me I was missing payee information. I went straight from this location to the Third Line/Upper Middle location, and the request was processed instantly. I had the correct information...

Please Google add zero and less than zero for reviews because if there is rate less than I will give it to this braunch because they are Unprofessional branch today they wasted my time I waited for more than 20 minutes in the window of the teller and the didn't know how to deposit cheques in accounts the employee is beginner also, his manger I drived for 10 minutes to another branch and they deposit the cheque in 2 minutes I advise people not to go to this brach to deposit money ?? Also, If they can't serve people let the head office close this brunch

If I could give this place below a zero I would. Absolutely disgusting tellers. Racist and completely incompetent to anyone genuinely needing assistance. Today when a friends father misplaced his keys. When he let the staff know he was driving a Tesla and asked if they had found the key. They called the police on him assuming he was trying to steal the vehicle. Once the police arrived the staff openly LAUGHED at him through the window.Absolutely DISGUSTING staff. Never ever go here. TD needs to figure out how to manage or even fire there RACIST employees.

My friends father visited this location for bank teller related services and experienced cruel and unjust treatment. The behaviour from staff was unsubstantiated by any evidence or within a just or fair manner. These actions were malicious, demeaning and not made within any reasonable scope. TD must act on and take full accountability for their employees conduct, and recognize the harmful and lasting impact of their actions. It is of utmost significance to prioritize a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all customers, staff and visitors.

So appalled by this location. The employees are racist, disrespectful and unprofessional. A friends father went to this branch today and after misplacing the card for the rental Tesla he was driving, they called the police accusing him of stealing the car. Then proceeded to stand inside the branch and laugh at him. I’ve never been so appalled by a bank. This branch needs to clean house and hire tellers who are respectful and not racist. I would rate them a zero if I could.

All employees should be properly trained with treating customers in a kind an appropriate manner. I highly suggest a diversity and inclusion training as the staff seems to lack this. TD is a very big cooperation and I’m sure they have this training available. Please see it that the staff at this specific branch handles situations that can raise questions more appropriately in the future.

A family friend’s father went to this TD in need of help in regards to his banking needs. However, before he could get the help he needed, the cops were called on him and it was clear he was being racially profiled. You would think in 2022, big corporations such as banks would be trained to avoid making such accusations that were made about him. This is horrible, and quite frustrating. I highly ENCOURAGE people of colour to avoid this location and take their needs and concerns elsewhere. Discrimination has no place in this country. I’m beyond disappointed in TD. And as for the employees, it is an important fact to include that they were not remorseful of their FALSE accusations. I will inform everyone I know who is currently banking with TD to stay away & take their banking needs somewhere else.

One of my family members attempted to use this branch today and had introduced himself to the workers. Then noticed he left his wallet in the car, told the workers he’d be right back, and while he was looking for his Tesla key that fell out of his pocket the workers of this branch called the police on him cause he “looked suspicious” walking around his Tesla looking for the key. He was forced to talk to police and explain multiple times that it was his car, that his wallet was in the car and when they opened the car and saw it was his wallet in the car they then finally let him have his property back. This was incredibly embarrassing and discriminatory, the workers of this branch and those associated with it need to be evaluated for racially profiling someone. Unbelievable.
