Worst experience ever with the branch manager Arjun Puri. He was very rude and has Zero customer service experience. I will close all my accounts with them. Don’t waste your investments with people don’t appreciate your business and blaming you that you have online banking and guess why???? because one of your employee steal your money and cash the cheque twice. They don’t care about your money or business. They don’t know what are they doing. Thanks for appreciating your customer by insulting them and blaming them that they have accounts with TD bank. Big NO

This branch really needs some experienced folks. Had an appointment today to open a cross-banking account, and the person helping me showed up 15 minutes late and totally clueless. We spent a good 45 minutes trying to figure things out, and in the end, they told me to call different places to get it done. It was like going in circles! To top it off, they said sorry, got another appointment, and bailed on helping any further.

Went to try to open an account here after the td bank on trafalgar did not want to be bothered into booking me in for an appointment. I am 0 for 2 because this bank too did not want to book an appointment for me. After waiting in line, I finally got to the teller and told him I wanted to open an account. He was like, "yeah, but then I have to book you in for an appointment". Poor baby. When he saw I was still interested in opening an account with this bank after his display of stellar customer service skills, he begrudgingly started to look up available time slots for me. And then while doing this, he muttered that these days people just open up an account on their own online and maybe I should consider doing that too. I left. TD has got to be the worst bank in Canada.

I have reached my ends with this branch and they are giving me all the reasons to close my business account with TD. Branch manager is just as unknowledgeable and unprofessional as the tellers that work there who cannot do a simple task. No consistency, lazy, lack training and knowledge. Enough!

This branch in Oakville was my home branch for a number of years while living in the Greater Toronto Area, and I always received attentive, caring, and professional service at the branch - whether looking for an RESP for my daughters, opening my RRSP, or getting a mortgage. Huge thanks to the wonderful, hardworking staff at this branch.

Very bad experience. People work in this branch, constantly change / leave including teller, supervisor/manager/ personal advisor. Bad attitude on phone or in person, lack of knowledge. The branch should be closed down.

Manager,Raven Furtado is very Rude, lazy,arrogant , we asked her to give me for a letter for OMVIC to state my account is new she was rude and rejected it and she was talking like she does not care about nothing .

If anyone is looking for a good reason to close their TD account, go see Raven Furtado. She will help you make the decision within the first 2 minutes of dealing with her. Unacceptable, arrogant behaviour.

This branch is so unprofessional and very slow. TD takes pride in hiring multilingual staff yet none were available at this location. I go in the morning to get a quick transaction done yet I only see one person behind the desk and another one walking around seeing me waiting, looking me in the eye and completely ignore my presence and later vanished. When the only one working girl was taking too long and having a hard time competing a simply request from a client. I asked if someone else was working at the branch and if they could help me. She replies “No” and then when she sees me taking pictures and after I had still waited for over 10 mins - I guess she tells her friends about me taking pictures as she had asked me why I was taking pictures and out of no where I see the branch filled with staff who are no ready to look after their clients - WOW…Super disappointed.

This branch is slow and unprofessional.I will no longer do business with TD. Will be closing all my accounts with them. Clearly being on the phone for over 2 hrs to dispute unauthorized transactions on my account. They tell me to call the merchant and that they can’t do anything about it on their end! Really!
