My husband and I came here today. There is a car that I wanted to purchase but needed some details. I walked in and the sales rep continued to talk to others in the store before looking up, and telling us to go take a look at 2 unlocked cars outside (neither of which I had intended to purchase). After looking at them, we came back in, with no one to assist us for 15 minutes before we walked out. I’ll go to the Tesla in Etobicoke instead. The service here was absolutely pathetic. I am beyond disappointed and will not be returning.

Terrible experience at this location. I went to pickup a used car - i decided not to take delivery because it was not up to par with what I wanted (not their fault). However, my experience with picking up the car was not the best - they barely provide any support unless you ask. The agent told me they would give me a call back to deal with giving me a service credit and to order another vehicle - I did not hear back. I messaged them and no response. I am not sure how they can treat their customers this way, I would never come back to this location.

One of the best test drive experience I had with any car dealer . They just give the car key to you and you can drive around for 30mins. No hassle of salesman constantly following up if I’m interested to buy. Planning to book a model Y or X, bit confused between both of them.

I’ve been coming to this location many times and each time my car has a new issue…Not to mention that rental cars very dirty when delivered to customers. And they can’t guarantee you getting one either.Waited today for over 3.5 hours and no rental or Uber voucher was offered to me. Which caused me to cancel my appointments. I couldn’t leave dealership to even drink or eat anything, and their self serve is empty. (Pictures attached below)Nevertheless, brought my car in for service for the 6 times for the same reason at this location.My steering wheel vibrates which is a safety issue, and I was told because my tires are after market, is the reason for it. Tires are brand new and apparently they are not Tesla approved. I still don’t understand what a Tesla approved tire is.I was told that I need to buy Tesla approved tires that are, $395 plus tax each not including installation. Which is crazy and ridiculous.My tires are new and they balanced it 2 times in the Spam of 4 months, and charging $151 plus tax. This price is unacceptable and not covered under warranty. Apparently it’s a very reasonable price to charge all customers, even afterHaving me wait 3.5 hours for nothing. everywhere els charges you less basically they charging this price because it’s Tesla.I am not happy at all, i have to battle for every single little thing for them to look at it. for sure not ever buy a Tesla ever again, customer service is not equivalent to what you pay for. if you want to camp out at the service centre go ahead and make the stupid purchase. Yes you won’t pay for gas but for sure will waste time here and will get charged extreme prices for it and long wait times.

I was having issues with the Tesla website, and Michael helped out at this location! He was super patient, attentive, and friendly! figured out what the system problem was. I was finally able to put in my order. He also managed to ensure I got a car ready for delivery and took care of all details quickly. I'm really happy!

I had an excellent experience for servicing my Model X 2016 yesterday.Edwin is very knowledgeable and he has so many experts in his team. I have been to other SC in past but the customer service at this SC is the best one I have ever experienced so far.Thank you very much for your service.

As much as I like our Tesla Y, I would not recommend one - Tesla is not a car company and they are definitely not a service company. The initial purchase is a great experience but soon you will likely encounter odd messages (front passenger side safety restraint failure is the new common one). You can't call them when you get an error in the car. The only way to communicate is through messaging in the app. This is incredibly frustrating. We also have a GMC and I needed something for it today, I called them and a person answered and boom - completed.

***Buyer Beware*** horrendous customer service at Oakville Tesla.There is NO way to escalate a concern or client care issue. I have been waiting on a refund for over 6 months from Tesla which I was "supposed" to get in 2-4 weeks.Initially, the Tesla team would reply and communicate but after a few weeks, they won't even reply or respond to emails and texts.Go on Reddit or any forum you and will see many other's that have similar issues.Think twice about dealing with them.

Awesome service. Michael took the time to set my account up even though I had not bought my car there. He was kind and very patient. (Needs lots of patience with me: Not all Tesla owners and enthusiasts are computer/tech geniuses!)I will definitely send all my friends to this service centre to buy their next Tesla. Awesome awesome service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️six stars!

Staff is nice when they actually talk to you but for the most part there’s no one around to answer any questions. We went for a test drive and couldn’t even find an employee so we could return the keys. If you need to ask questions or you just want some help with choosing a car, this isn’t the place to go. Google does a better job of giving information

I bought a Tesla Y just one and half months back suddenly on the road the steering started moving by itself towards the left side. I literally put the steering wheel 15-20 degrees towards the right hand side to make the vehicle move in a straight direction. I got an appointment for servicing in Oakville, Ontario and they showed me these two scratches on the back wheel rim as an external impact that caused the wheel alignment to go wrong. I explained to them that these two scratches might be because of a parking kerb which sometimes happens normally while parking.The service representative said that the vehicle must have gone into some potholes which causes such vehicle alignment failures. He quoted his own similar experience. I really don’t remember any severe impact or any jumping of potholes etc with the vehicle. Obviously if this happens then it should have some impact on the body of the vehicle too but there are no such things. I seriously think that there are some manufacturing defects in the suspension of my car which is causing all these troubles.In my opinion the car is meant to be driven on roads and not on a carpet or mattress. Now I am not feeling safe driving my Tesla Y at all and I will never recommend anyone to buy one.

My computer for the 2021 Tesla y extended range had some issues so they replaced the entire computer. Gave me a loaner and even charged up my car as I was going up north. The Service manager on Saturday may 20th was fantastic.
