“I had A Action driver, Mark pick me up yesterday. He was nothing but professional. Explained everything to me and was very patient. He was not only fantastic at his job but a “top bloke” so to speak. He picked me up within 20 mins of being dispatched to my location, drove my vehicle and I to the collision center and then Enterprise Rental to pick up the rental. He told me exactly where my vehicle was being towed to and even called me to let me know I’d left something behind in front seat of his truck. Above all he was very compassionate, which is something that is invaluable when you’ve just had an accident. Yesterday seems like a blur this morning, I am just glad I had Mark by my side. Thank you Mark.”

“I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in... He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs. I have a feeling the price for the other minor repairs will be reasonable and I'm happy to do business with Seneca again... I'll see you again soon, John!”

“I was involved in a situation on New Year’s Eve. We have them a call the next day and they went above and beyond to help us. They set us up with a used car service that came right to my house, towed my car to the lot and even came to pick me up at work a few days later to take me to the police station and place to drop my car off to be inspected . These where things above and beyond that no towing company has ever done for me. I recommend them to everyone as they truly care about the people who call to use there service.
