This business is run by a bunch of super friendly people. This was my first visit and I went for a vehicle safety test. The experience was amazing. My car was not that old so everything was good and passed the test. However if your car is found with any issues, they surely will tell you the next steps. The waiting room was nice with free wifi and coffee. What they don’t advertise is that you get a discount on your first service visit. And also will get one for your subsequent one. I would definitely recommend Urban Automotive if you’re looking for a vehicle safety test. They also offer a range of other services. When I picked my car up, I found that it has been cleaned as well as the floor mats. Awesome experience and value for money! Thank you Urban Automotive. Keep up the good work!

All I needed was an oil change but I wanted to find a mechanic that would go the extra mile and take a look a whole look at my vehicle - and Urban Automotive did exactly that!They completed the oil change and took the time to do a complete analysis of the car and provided some recommendations of what maintenance needs to be done - all the while not forcing me into it!Excellent service and even better people!

Derek and the team provide a great customer service from booking to pay. Everything is done with text and easy. My favourite is e-report on inspection which provides pictures and videos of what they found, what it means (I am not a car guy) and recommendations.Highly recommend.

Great people, best communication, great work done. Definitely not the cheapest but worth spending the bit extra to have peace of mind, good material & avoid the other shady shops and mechanics. They are 100% transparent on the costs and do their best to cater to your budget. Their inspections process is very clear and photos and videos are taken for record.Definitely going back for the future.
