Sal, the salesperson that assisted me was very polite and well mannered. After purchasing that vehicle, I had problems with the AC and they made sure it was taken care of right away.

“We were looking for a truck that would suit our needs. other dealers we contacted or drove to took our wants and said they would get back to us. 10 dealers did not do any follow up service.
Arak did get back to us, returned call when they said they would, and was the truck was there when we arrived for the test drive ( 3.5hrs away ). The test drive was great, the owner was open and honest with us, very low sales pitch, but answered all of our questions, so we left a deposit. the truck was ready when promised and they looked after all the paper work. we also decided to buy the added extra warranty and Arka looked after that as well. no problems, just the best buying experience we could have expected. Highly recommend Arka.”
