They have a good range of products, limited but well curated. The staff (Julie) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me well with snow shoes, not pushy at all but very informative.

I have been looking for a specific kind of summer sandal, but wanted to go to "Bricks and Mortar" store so I could ensure the right style, size and fit. I do use a walker and have mobility problems. The clerk was full of attitude. I did make a purchase, but will never return to this store. It was more like Walking on Thistles!

I love this store ... the quality of the shoes is great and the service is exceptional. Previous purchases, makes, and sizes are kept on file, which was very handy during covid closures. The prices are what you expect for high quality shoes, but I'm willing to shell out for footwear that is comfortable (I'm on my feet 12 hours a day) and doesn't need to be replaced quickly.

Absolutely happy with my experience here. Yulia is always happy to help me find the perfect size and style for me. I look forward to seeing her friendly face every time I come here. Although this location is far for me, I always come back to it because the service I get from Yulia is exceptional and can’t be found elsewhere.

Fourth time in this location, never had anyone serve me. No acknowledgement of my wait or even my presence. Went to the location at Fairview Mall in St. Catharines and had a wonderful experience. Will continue to go to St. Catharines going forward.
