Wanted to buy an Italian leather bag and asked the manager for a discount due to a few very noticeable scratches on the back. She said I can give you 1 dollar off on a 130 dollars bag!? Ridiculous! Had the audacity to ask if i wanted the 1 dollar off! I told her not to bother and bought the bag. Due to the experience, I will return it even though I love the bag... Terrible customer service!

Watching Lilly sort hangers and returned inventory while 3 cashiers tried manage the more than 30 CUSTOMERS waiting in line. After 20 minutes in line I was served by Lilly!! Totally unaware of her surroundings and of customer service. Very frustrating.

I have had a bad experience with Winner on dorval. I called Trafagar location. I got to talk to a store manager, Jasmina. She is kind and understanding. Even though, the policy doesn't allow me to return the items but I was affected by the miscommunication during tthe purchased. Jasmina understand and acknowledge that and respect that it was a miscommunication what was done by maybe a new a staff. She didn't push that responsibilty on customer. I want to praise Jasmina that she value customer relationship and being fair. She vaalue a person over policy. We are in the world trillion policy! Every stores, every offices are creating policy. We forget about kindness. When I can see people who more than just a paper and policy, I am grateful. When I see people who hide behind policy to keep themself safe, I feel hopeless for our society. We are not lacking policy, we are lacking kindness!Thank you Jasmina!

Wonderful selection of quality goods from all over the world. I went in to browse a little and spent almost 2 hours wandering around the Home Sense section. I was pretty amazed. So many different things to look at. I felt like even if I didn't need it, I wanted it because it was unique. I'll definitely be back to browse again.
