Very bad customer experience at jewellery counter the lady who is working there I think her name Kim she’s so rude I been in this location few times and when ever she’s there no greeting, no even do you need any help .. last time I came I was as calling her for help she was beside woman’s bags keep saying wait I’m coming for half hour , I was there waiting … very bad customer service definitely not recommend this location ??????

I have been a patron of this location for many years but after today I am going to take my business elsewhere. The store is a mess and very disorganized. Plus sizes and petite sizes are all jumbled together. The Indian lady who is managing the fitting room is rude and obnoxious. Finally after being gauged for my items, the alarm goes off like I am a criminal. Did I win a prize? No, because this store sucks! Go to Marshall’s instead.

I had a remarkable experience at Winners today, which truly set it apart in terms of customer service. The staff were not only patient but also incredibly helpful as I navigated the process of returning several items across multiple receipts. They maintained a cheerful demeanor, making the entire interaction enjoyable. It's very refreshing to see a store where customer support is genuinely a priority and the staff are as fun as they are professional. I'd recommend this Winners not just for the great deals, but for a shopping experience that's positive.

Make sure you check if the tags attached actually belong to the same item they are attached to! As well as the way the tags are attached because this is how they will sell them and not accept them as returns then because “the tag doesn’t belong to the item” so make sure you’re paying for the actual price and not some other tag randomly attached to it!!! was told by the manager and a lady named Diane that they will go look for the same item on floor but only left for a maximum of 1 minute and came back with a No.
