If I could give no star I would! Ordered a cheese danish, and I fell on the floor the lady pick med it up and watching at me and still gave me the cheese danish! Good thing I saw what she did! when certain people work here I find that most of the foods quality is diminished! Not the same as the Starbucks I know before. Pay so much money for quality. Everything watered down! Same as the Tim Hortons and every other restaurant!

The lady at the walk up window was very friendly but the service was awful! People that ordered before me with large orders got their orders before mine. My order was 1 latte. I had to walk up to the window and ask for my order. Ridiculously slow service!

It’s better to stick to the TIM HORTONS right next to this Starbucks. I ordered a Tall and got a short. The manager was rude and defended saying that the size served as “their” tall. All Starbucks have standard sizes so not sure why the staff is not aware of it even after working at the store for more than an year. They will also tell you that they have “corporate experience”. Not sure how that helps with making coffee.

Slowest service I had to change my coffee 2 times I still get cold coffee I end up getting my money back and had to get a coffee from Tims very disappointed at this location

Absolutely disgusting service.I don't know where our batista gets off yelling at and giving the middle finger to customers,My mother and I stopped at the napanee on route for coffee and placed a 30$ order.When pulling up to the window preparer to use her points from the app and kindly said "I'll use my points" the barrista snapped back "NO... YOU WONT. WE WONT TAKE IT"Maybe it's well common knowledge that the on routes are corporate owned, but to be degraded and spoken down to for not knowing is sickening.My mom then said forget it (why give your business to a location that treats customers in such a way) and before pulling away was met with more yelling and a middle finger.Is this really what we allow to be accepted as service ? Especially when I could go get a coffee for half price with more respect ?Please resolve this and teach your staff manners. This is not acceptable

Waited 50 mins in the line just tell us they are only accepting cash then went to the Starbucks waited in line there for another 30 minutes to hear the same thing im a truck driver this wasted my clock time and the chance of making it home to my family. thank you onroute
