Last time I ordered online for delivery.5 stars.This year I decided to make the long drive and go in person as a treat to myself. Lovely browsing experience, with everything I needed available, and purchased many items that weren't on my list ?.5 stars.Then I got to the checkout. I was overcharged on two items (which I didn't discover until I got home), and the woman doing my checkout was very officious, and kinda rude.With the amount I spent this year (all Christmas presents) I expect better.1 star.

We ordered snowballs hoping it would be like the ones we had as kids back in the 60s, they were perfect! Soft, smooth marshmallows and coconut. Also the rum and raisin chocolate bar that i haven't seen in years was like i remember it.We will definitely order again. The hand written note made it feel very special thank you.

Review is in regards to an online order.Site was easy to navigate and had a great selection of hard to find items.Was even able to order enough for free shipping.Emails confirming order and tracking were prompt and accurate.A huge thanks to the store for packing everything so efficiently and safely. I always worry about online orders but this store knows what they are doing for sure.A nice note inside the box as well was a wonderful touch.Will absolutely recommend and order again as well.

I recently came back from my first visit to Scotland and was left craving things I cannot find here but Blighty's was able to satisfy that and more!! My first order just arrived and I couldn't be more happy! Everything was packaged meticulously and with such care. They also included a very sweet thank you note that was unexpected but so appreciated. In addition to all that and what I feel is reasonable pricing, I am looking forward to ordering again and more to appease all my Scottish hankerings! Thank you Blighty's!

Thank you so much for your fantastic packaging. With today being a hot humid day I was worried about the chocolate I had ordered. It was perfectly packaged with an ice pack and insulation and my chocolate arrived actually cool to the touch. Very impressed. Will be ordering again. Great prices and fast shipping.
