Great service and prompt check in and drop off along with a clean and well looked after rental car. Cedric was friendly and knowledgeable and it was an overall excellent experience dealing with him. I will definitely go back again, without hesitation, the next time I need a rental.

Disappointing Experience at Bristol Car and RentalsI recently visited Bristol Car and Rentals on Tuesday, 29th August at 10 am, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I approached the counter, it was evident that the level of service provided was far from satisfactory.(As I am visiting Canada from Europe, it was crucial that I received a rental car to facilitate my travel and exploration during my trip.)The individual serving me appeared defensive and lacked a customer-oriented approach. Instead of being helpful and accommodating, he seemed more interested in scrutinizing my paperwork and profiling me, rather than focusing on my needs as a potential customer. This lack of professionalism was deeply disappointing.To make matters worse, when I asked for a quote, the representative outright refused to provide any pricing information. This left me feeling frustrated and confused, as it is essential for customers to have a clear understanding of the costs involved before making any decisions.Overall, the service I received at Bristol Car and Rentals was subpar, and it is evident that there is ample room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise the management to address these issues and train their staff to be more customer-oriented and transparent.As a customer, I value exceptional service and a positive experience, neither of which were present during my visit to Bristol Car and Rentals. I brought the rental back 3 days early, and they wouldn’t lower their quoted price. Crooks. I didn’t but a package because my car was going into the shop for repairs and maintenance, so they assured me the price wasn’t fixed. I made sure to let my dealership know to warn their customers against this location.

Cedric was amazing! He saved us when we needed a vehicle to move our kiddo to university and our vehicle got cancelled elsewhere. He was friendly, flexible and efficient. I will always rent here from now on. Thanks Cedric!
