100% would recommend! Took my car in for service straight away for a coolant issue. Excellent pricing and communication.PRO TIP...don't put windshield washer fluid in the coolant. ?

Had a fantastic experience with Robert and the team at Master Mechanic Orangeville! Took my car in first thing in the morning due to a grinding sound - as soon as I arrived, Robert took me for a quick road test and confirmed there was a problem. He drove me back home while they assessed the problem and called me within a few hours to advise of what service needed to be completed. Robert was professional and honest and came in with an overall good price. He was able to get my car serviced by 5pm same day so I could make it into the office the next morning. Highly recommend if you are looking to get your car serviced by honest and hardworking individuals - 10/10 service!!!!

Rob at Master Mechanic was fantastic. Regularly kept me in the loop of the repairs and gave me all the information I required for me to decide on whether I need to move ahead with the repairs. Rob was honest on the labour for the repair and went the extra mile to repair a few small things like the hinge on my trunk (trunk wasn’t opening smoothly). I called half a dozen shops in Orangeville for brakes and oil change. Master Mechanic was the 2nd lowest quote and the only shop to give me a quote right away on the phone without a call back. Midas didn't even call back till the next day. MM also had great availability. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. They will tell you straight up what you need, may need in the future, or don't need at all.

I got the best service today and it was free! I was told by another mechanic that I need to change my rear brake and quoted a high price for just labour. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. I was called to come pick up my car and told nothing was wrong with my brakes both rear and front brakes were very good!!Service: Auto brake replacement
