“I was very impressed today while picking up my supply of Metamucil.While looking for it I asked a group of employees "Where is the good stuff"?They asked what I meant, I replied it comes in the orange container... Metamucil!One employee, spoke up and stated the good stuff was milled or rounded flaxseed.She brought me to the aisle, told me how to administer it and mentioned flaxseed's natural benefits.The flaxseed is less expensive, comes in better eco packaging and is natural.Well done Wendy and I believe an interactive customer service approach is the key to our loyalty!”
