If I could give negative stars I would, online it says they are open until 11pm!! drove here on E just for the store to be closed at 9:45?!?! how does that make any sense. If you’re not going to be open how about change your hours so that people don’t drive here on an empty tank and get stranded with no gas!!!!! Terrible. Very disappointed won’t be coming back here

I paid for gas and two lotto tickets. I was asked by the attendant to come in and do it again because for some reason it got cancelled: I said I do not want it and left the lotto tickets on the counter. MY CARD WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE TICKETS AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE.

I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.Just wanted to buy my lotto tickets and after waiting in line the clerk wanted to serve the customer behind me first because I mentioned that I am not buying gas. So I moved aside while feeling humiliated as I was actually in line first. Then the nice person behind me said to the clerk ( no it's ok he was here first) moved myself back to my position and paid for my tickets clearly noticing some sort of disgruntled facial expressions.And just went about my day.I will take my business elsewhere from now on.Cheers

This is a very convenient station located in the heart of downtown Orangeville. The lot is a bit small for the number of pumps, and pulling though the pump canopy to exit can be a bit harrowing as you navigate the thin travel lane next to the building and other exiting cars. There is some parking if you want to visit the convenience store. Pumps offer contactless payment and accept all major credit and debit cards. Current offering gas discount for CAA members and can be completed at the pump. Transaction was seamless and encountered no issues. Pumps were fully operational and receipt printers were working.

This is my favourite gas station. Although I live in Toronto, I won't get gas for my car until I visit family members who live in Orangeville so I can gas up my car at this particular Shell station. Convenient location on Broadway.

Very inexperienced staff, i already paid for gas but cashier wanted me to pay again, when i went inside to show receipt she said yes you paid, keep your proof in your pocket to show them you paid.

Employee is extremely rude. The Public Health Agency of Canada recommends wearing a non-medical mask or face covering in public places. To wear face mask is not a law.
