ultimate car wash was a complete waste of money. only thing that's clean is front windshield. didn't get bugs off, or any dirt from back tailgate, or back windshield.

Came for the car wash. I don’t know what happened but it was disgusting. Thick layer of mould on everything, plants growing in the machine. And the left hand arm didn’t work! 😂

The Indian guy at the gas station didn't allow me to use the washroom, denied us our basic human right. I'm a pregnant female and I did not expect this disgusting service from this man. I encourage everyone to just piss on his gas station because that's truly what this animal deserves.

This past Monday I tried to pay at the pump with tap. Didn't work. Went to another pump. Same thing. Went inside and cashier said "The pumps are all prepay." No kidding.
They just don't work. I explained that I had tried both pump 2 and pump 4 and neither worked for prepay. Had to pay at the cash.
Was back there today to fill up. Same saga. Pay at pump didn't work. Cashier didn't seem to care, and certainly hadn't taken any initiative to have the problem which I had reported on Monday fixed ... or at least acknowledge they are aware and working to have the issued corrected. Not even a word of apology for the technology not working.
What's the point of having prepay pumps that don't work? The cashier needs some basic customer service skills training.

This used to be a good station, with attentive staff. Stopped in the other day, no windshield fluid in the buckets at all 8 stations. When I brought the staff's attention to this, they were dismissive.

DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. Tried it a few times, it never gets anything off. Vehicle has the same dirt and streaks as when it goes in. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Car wash is a complete scam & waste of money/time. They re did the car wash recently & it doesn’t clean anything! Doesn’t even look like I wasted my truck.

The car wash is broken weekly, the pay at the pump buttons are broken on some of the machines. Their squeegee water is disguising. I don't think they have changed it in months. The paper for receipts is consistently out. It all boils down to pathetic management.

Have been going to this station since it opened, but in the past 12 to 18 months this shell station has been going down hill re customer service. The staff early mornings sometimes make you feel that you are inconvenicing them, busy talking on their phones and do everything they can not to get up off their seat. The car wash is not operational a lot, and when it is not working there is no notifications on the pumps. You spend $70.00 ask for a wash and are told it is not working. Never going back. Esso on Broadway has a wash and the staff are a lot more pleasant.
