TMS was there to assist us during our recent search for a used vehicle.Many of the cars were 'as is' and their honest evaluations during pre-inspections helped take the risk out of making a bad choice.Their honest and open dialogue and willingness to go the extra mile was greately appreciated.TMS helped us to feel confident in making the right choice in a pre-owned vehicle and got us back on the road on budget and on time.

I have been a client since 1990. I have always received the best service and have been treated with respect and made to feel important to them . A courtesy car is also an added bonus ! Would not trust my car to anyone else !

With todays insane economy making people not only broke but cold to others, this mechanic shop has not let that break their spirits. You can tell everyone loves their jobs and invites everyone in with open arms. My favourite place to take my car for any issues as I know they will be honest and respectful. Recommend 1000 times over. Thank you for your services they are greatly appreciated!!!!

Honest and trustworthy! They've never let me down and the technicians seem to happily go the extra mile. Office staff are always easy to talk to and work with. I'll happily take my Audi here for service and any repair for as long as they are around!

I have been taking my Q3 here for the past year and have not been disappointed - very knowledgeable staff who truly care about their customers. About a few months ago both front springs were broken and the parts were on major back order, however, the team at Total Mechanical continuously emailed me with updates and put in their best efforts in sourcing these parts for me. Specifically I was emailing back and forth with Shelby who was very kind, understanding and thorough throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Audi Q7 got a flat and they advise to replace both, gave go ahead... then they call to tell us that they had to replace all 4 tires bc thread is different then what we had... I said NO, then they were trying to charge us $100 fee for returning the tires however I said we weren't gonna pay for it since it was their fault... lady gave attitude but waived the $100 fee that shouldn't have been there to begin with... overall wouldn't go back even if I had too!
