store was a mess at 7 am on Sunday- staff busy talking to each other- items not scaned properly and items priced different than shelf prices. really basic stuff. staff and management aid sorry, but they clearly don't care. I do not need Walmart. the other stores in area do not have these issues. I felt belittled and insulted buy Diet Coke

I wish there was something as 0 stars .. Never had such humiliating and such unprofessional service. Since they started hiring these newbies the Orangeville store has gone to dogs! And the customer service went to another level of unprofessional service. If they hire worst ppl like Kiran as managers to handle upset customers then soon this store is going to be in social media for worse walmart experience

Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service!!!!! If they keep hiring Managers like KIRAN then soon this store will also be worse like bramptons.Very rude, non understanding and very unprofessional. These people need to get proper trained to handle such big brands.

Only 3 full service checkouts open. Of the 15 self-serve machines only 4 were open, so I was 7th in line. The one employee just standing at desk. If I'm doing this work myself, I should not have to wait in line.

It’s became so horrible after the renoAll ails are blockt from the online shopping crew. And there are so rude there even ask you to move out of there way.Or the ails are blocked from restocking.Line up on the self check out is super long every morning, it’s self check out why not just keep them all open.

My store experience was extremely undesirable. Me and two of my well known friends went to one of the establishments in my town. We were there to purchase among us and poppy playtime blind bags, and to browse around in the toy isle. We are teenagers and may have looked “shady” in a toy isle but our intention was to spend an hour of our day browsing the toy isle. Management of the establishment visibly thought that we were up to no good. An employee asked if we were looking for something in a passive aggressive tone, in which we replied we were just browsing. The longer we stayed the more visibly suspicious the management was of us. We decided to grab our stuff and go. As we were walking towards the self checkout, we overheard the employee who asked us if we were looking for something explaining to another the situation. After checkout, we were examined as if we had stolen something. Overall it was an unpleasant experience

Had an amazing experience with a worker named Ryan, I had a bit of trouble with a previous purchase and he was more than willing and ready to help. Not only was he helpful and going beyond his job to help me out, he was also extremely kind. It was a very pleasant experience and I will continue shopping at this location.

I usually go during my lunch break. Today I went to self checkout, the store was extremely busy and I had a full cart. Every self checkout was taken but the lady watching self checkout ONLY watched me. Literal right at my back could be seen in the self checkout camera watching me, I needed help twice and she was already there standing when I turned my back. She even watched me pack my cart after I paid for a couple hundred dollars worth of food. The lady never looked at anyone else ( everyone else was white but me ) she even scanned my cart at the gate for absolutely no reason no one else was scanned or watched but me the one colored individual. Avoid this store if you don’t want to be treated like it’s 1920 in Canada. There is an old white lady at the exit even more racist than the one in self checkout won’t utter a word to minorities.

Scott is our favourite cashier. It's always such a pleasure to have him check out our order. This young man has a wonderful personality, and is definitely a diamond in the rough. Thank You Scott for always being so friendly and sincere. If there is someone who deserves to be promoted, to show others what customer service is all about, it's Scott. Walmart is lucky to have him. I like his bow ties too, they're straight up stylin'

This week I shopped here at this Walmart in Orangeville with my family were having a great experience all until we checked out We went through self checkout and we asked a lady working in area to assist us with some of our items as they wouldn't scan, instead of helping us she proceeded to tell us to do it ourselves She told me "you're a big girl, you can do it yourself I'm not doing it for you, your people are taking my jobs and you should go back to your country" I was absolutely appalled at this behaviour, and she said this in front of my children!She was not wearing a name tag wouldn't tell me her name, soI asked another employee working in the area her name and told me it was CAROLINE .This is unacceptable, Walmart you have to do better. Something has to be done about this lady's behaviour !

I usually go shopping at this Walmart since it’s close to my house. Today i had a very strange experience one very old lady (she should be retired but not) came to me dragging her leg when i was scanning my items and almost paid for my order she said excuse me madam did you pay for this item (it was a vacuum) I said yes i had paid for this she goes I don’t see it on your bill. I said I made 2 bills paid the vacuum first and paying for the rest of my cart now. She said are you sure? Basically she was excusing me for theft because I am different colour than her and all of us are thieves. They don’t understand this if we came 18k away from home we are not here to steal 100-200 $ things we work hard and have houses not homeless. She should better understand this . It was my worst experience in Walmart their customer service is horrible. Now you have to face this nonsense on cash register as well very shameful. I wish there is minus stars but unfortunately not. Better send her home otherwise there will be more incidents like this with my color people.
