“Another garage took them a week to even look at my daughter's jeep. Then, when they did they said the transmission was blown... potentially a $3000 plus fix. My son crawled under it and in two minutes he diagnosed the problem as a coolant hose leak. I then sent it to Paramount Auto and they said “ you never know. We’ll take a look tomorrow”. They fixed it for under $300! In the meantime I spent so much money getting her put back on my insurance, not to mention so many other expenses she incurred for not having a vehicle for weeks, and the stress it put on my family. I’ve been going to Paramount for years. They are such a dedicated, experienced family run business that knows how to treat customers and they know cars.”

“Literally the best car repair shop I’ve ever been to. As woman it’s always nerve-wracking taking your car into a shop because many men try to make you feel like you’re stupid and don’t know what you’re talking about and won’t understand what needs to be done to your car. They have never taken advantage of me in fact many times I’ve left without having any work done because they’ve told me it can wait until another time. They are extremely knowledgeable. They always do a great job if anything ever happens with the fix you can take it back and they will help you out. they are kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the shop. Definitely take your car here. .”

“August 2026: My husband had to bring his car in for fob issues that had happened before under warranty and took the dealership the better part of a year to fix. It did take time for Midas to diagnose the issue but it was done alot quicker. The new Bridgestone tires he needed are great. My husband is very particular about his vehicle and he's thoroughly impressed. My car also has some AC issue and some other wear and tear maintenance. They're very good at explaining what's wrong and your options for fixing. Pricing is detailed and upfront. I appreciate all the photos of problems as well. We've been using them for a couple years and will continue to do so. Couldn't recommend them more. 2024: Great service from start to finish. They kept me informed about every step and even provided a detailed inspection report (via Internet link) and sent an estimate via email. I got a text letting me know my car was ready and pickup was ready too. Will definitely go back for any repairs.”
