“Took my 2012 Dodge journey in for wiring issues. I work out of town through the week, so booking my car in for maintenance is difficult. Mark supplies after hour slots throughout the week and I was able to get my car in at 5:00 p.m. and out by 8:00 p.m. And ready for work the next morning. His staff explained the issues, how they fix them and even taught me some new features about my vehicle. 10 out of 10 experience and will be returning with any maintenance in the future.Services: Electrical”
“I can't say enough about Craig & Heather and their awesome staff! This is truly what a family business implies, honest, trustworthy, friendly and helpful! I've had a couple unexpected issues pop up with my vehicle and the minute I called, Craig had me bring it straight in so he could look at it. When I was told elsewhere that I needed to have a fairly expensive repair/part replaced, I brought it to Craig and he brought me into the garage and showed me that it did not require replacing at this time. Recently though, I required a somewhat costly repair that needed to be done asap for safety reasons and they were incredibly considerate of my situation and worked with me beyond what anyone has ever done! They care and I can't thank them enough! I was referred to them by my neighbors sometime ago and I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you so much Craig, Heather, Deb and the Gang!”

“On my initial visit to Meineke I was given an appointment time. I arrived at that time and date and they took my car in shortly after my arrival. I thought I had a problem with a loose bracket, but it turned out to be another issue, parts were ordered and given an appointment the next afternoon, again they took my car exactly when they said. All of the staff (office& shop) were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.This shop will certainly get any of my business in the future.The Dealership I had normally used, was too busy for a quick appointment and they certainly were not as pleasant as Meineke or precise with appointment times.”

“Our jeep wouldn't start so we had it towed to the garage automotive. They called my wife to tell her it was the starter. A few hours later they called to tell her it was a burnt wire and not the starter. They could have replaced the starter and billed us. We will go to them anytime we need repairs. It is nice to know there is an honest shop”

“I took my truck to them, not knowing much about their shop. They were fast and precise with the work they did. No extra hidden fees. My truck broke down a few weeks later (not their fault), and they were more than welcoming and helpful when fixing it even though i didn't have a scheduled appointment. I took my car there twice this year thinking I needed bearings or something else fixed each time they stopped noise said it was cover/guard of breaks just making noise each time they said no charge in my experience other places are not as honest as theses guys have been taking my car there for years and their honesty is just one of the big reasons I go there and would recommend g&h auto orillia to anybody and I have to all my friends and acquaintances honesty is a rare commodity these days”

“I moved to Orillia back in the 80's. It was still considered a small town. The small businesses took pride in their work, they were friendly and honest. Well I'm here to tell you that there are still businesses like that here today. Greg The Mechanic is one of them. Greg is friendly and honest and takes pride in his work. I just picked my car up from getting new breaks and I am a very happy customer. Greg quoted me a price. But when the job was finished he was able to save me $400. The first time that I went to Greg was because I had a flat tire. He fixed it right away and charged me NOTHING. Thanks Greg”

“Just had the truck in for a engine light, it was miss firing on one cylinder. Has all 16 plugs replaced and a coil block replaced, one week later a another coil block went (witch they said might happen), so replace another coil block and the Engine is working BETTER then I first bought it 10 years ago.I've never been able to drive it over 100km without the truck shacking, all the other shops I've bin too checked the suspension & found nothing, it now speeds up to 110km with NO PROBLEMS.Thank you for the great work you gentlemen did and happy Holidays.”
