“Absolutely amazing experience! Maidens Family Auto Care is honest, professional, and very personable. They did a diagnostic on my car and sent me a detailed report by text with pictures showing exactly what was wrong with my brakes, which I really appreciated Everything was thorough, precise, and clearly explained They were on time and gave me a great price on my brakes. The customer service was excellent and went above and beyond. They drove me home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when it was ready. It’s hard to find a shop this trustworthy. Highly recommended.”
“Another garage took them a week to even look at my daughter's jeep. Then, when they did they said the transmission was blown... potentially a $3000 plus fix. My son crawled under it and in two minutes he diagnosed the problem as a coolant hose leak. I then sent it to Paramount Auto and they said “ you never know. We’ll take a look tomorrow”. They fixed it for under $300! In the meantime I spent so much money getting her put back on my insurance, not to mention so many other expenses she incurred for not having a vehicle for weeks, and the stress it put on my family. I’ve been going to Paramount for years. They are such a dedicated, experienced family run business that knows how to treat customers and they know cars.”
“Literally the best car repair shop I’ve ever been to. As woman it’s always nerve-wracking taking your car into a shop because many men try to make you feel like you’re stupid and don’t know what you’re talking about and won’t understand what needs to be done to your car. They have never taken advantage of me in fact many times I’ve left without having any work done because they’ve told me it can wait until another time. They are extremely knowledgeable. They always do a great job if anything ever happens with the fix you can take it back and they will help you out. they are kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the shop. “I visited Jason Hurdle for what I thought was a Muffler problem.
I mentioned it was almost service time for my vehicle and I explained how I dislike going to the dealer.
Jason explain all could be done at Midas and that the regular service that I needed had promotional discount.
I booked an appointment and brought in my vehicle and waited a short time, my choice.
I was happy to find that there was no muffler problems and all of the checks and changes had been done.
The service from Jason, Logan, and Laura was exemplary!! I am elated that I have found Midas as a back up.
