I was in for front end damage covered by insurance along with a couple other items I needed to address. The staff are all very friendly here and made the process super easy, the car has never looked cleaner. They explained everything I wanted to know throughout the process! Our experience at CARSTAR Orillia was amazing! Every staff member we encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to do the repair estimate on the car without an appointment (which saves a considerable amount of time for the way the whole process works). Everyone was extremely helpful in explaining what steps had to be taken- the whole experience felt seamless! Best of all, our car came back looking better than what it did when we dropped it off! This place is an absolute gem of a find if you’ve been in an accident. Highly recommend!

Had a minor incident. They were recommended. Called them up 5 minutes before they were leaving for a long weekend .They walked us through what both parties were supposed to do. Looked like everyone stayed to take pictures etc..seriously who does that. There work is as good as their service

CARSTAR Orillia did such a great job on fixing our truck, we had it vandalized / scratched in October of 2022. CARSTAR did all the body work and repainted the truck and it looks amazing!!
