Very uncomfortable experience.
Lady working was following us around the store, we felt pressured to leave. She made comments about being careful every time we looked at an item. The store was full, we were not being disruptive, we were shopping. It’s unfortunate because we found some beautiful pieces and wanted to buy, but she completely ruined our shopping experience with her attitude.

I visited Orillia with my sisters and found this shop. When we entered the shop the owner or staff didn’t allow my sister to carry her bag inside. Probably because she worried if we steal something. But the funny thing was that other customers were carrying bigger bags. Anyway my sister gave her bag to the owner.
When we leave the store, we found my sister’s bag on the floor that everyone can touch. It was literally anywhere on the floor. There was her Ipad, wallet, and other important stuffs in the bag.
We expected the owner to keep my sister’s bag in safe place but it was not.
The owner cares about her products but didn’t care about my sister’s important bag at all.
Terrible experience. I still don’t understand why she treated us like thieves.

Beautiful clothes, unfortunately an unpleasant sales experience. One would think that if a customer came in and had her arms full of clothes to try on that the owner would be delighted. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a "hi how are you." I didn't get any help from her...after I tried all the clothes on, I had to come out and ask for different sizes. Then as I struggled to figure out the material of one of the dresses, she finally came over to look at the care tag. I was ecstatic at the 60% off sales of the beautiful clothing items I had found. I told her I would take everything; over $200 worth. I didn't even get a thank you. I love the clothes but so not worth feeling like I was 2 feet tall. I won't ever go there again.

Love visiting this shop. The clothing selection is well diversified in men’s and woman’s selection. The staff are wonderful and always welcoming. Very accommodating always!!
