“My boyfriend and I went to Best Buy yesterday to see what kind of phone plans were available as I was looking to get a new phone and a new plan. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by multiple staff and as we made our way over to the phone area we were greeted by Tom.Tom was excellent - this is likely one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Tom was a rockstar - not only was he answering all our questions and made sure we got the best deal he really took the time to make sure the transition from my old phone to my new phone was seamless. Tom not only was assisting us but every single customer that walked by or near us he made sure to say hello and ask if there is anything he could assist with.I will likely never go anywhere to purchase a new phone/plan. I did not feel pressured and Tom made sure to answer all our questions and made sure we got a great deal.I cannot say enough good things about this experience - while we were waiting we walked around the store and we were approached multiple times to ask if we needed assistance with anything. The staff we had interactions with yesterday were all very kind and the customer service exceeded my expectations.Thank you SO much”
