  Bright and well light, messy but easy to navigate. Lots of parking in the area which is nice. The Staff were helpful and friendly, they welcomed me and helped me find what I needed! Was really friendly to me 2 year old. I would recommend this location to others. Love the baby cookies

  Excellent experience at this store. Stopped by Saturday morning to get balloons for a party and the female cashier was very helpful despite being overwhelmingly busy. Exceptional customer service and the balloons are great quality for the price.

  My dad and I recently stopped in at the Dollar Tree on Front Street in Orillia to grab a couple of birthday cards. As usual, the store had a great selection, tons of cards to choose from at a great price and overall, the shelves looked well-stocked and tidy, which I always appreciate.
  
  This wasn’t my first visit, but unfortunately, it may be my last.
  
  It was the Canada Day long weekend and the store was absolutely jam-packed with shoppers. While it’s completely understandable for it to be busy, what was frustrating was that there was only one cashier working when we arrived. The line stretched from one side of the store to the other, and down an aisle—and I’m not exaggerating (see attached photos).
  
  Another staff member was floating around, restocking Aero bars and adjusting balloons, none of which anyone seemed to be buying. He did call for another cashier (twice), but no one showed up at first. When I politely asked if he could open a second till, he called again, then wandered to the back of the store, came back up front, and even stepped outside, presumably to look for help. Still, no action.
  
  We had already been standing in line for 20 minutes before a second cashier finally came up and opened a till. While I was relieved to see some movement at that point, it felt like far too little, too late. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location either, I had a similar experience around Christmastime, and gave the benefit of the doubt back then. But after this, I don’t see myself returning.
  
  To be clear: I want to speak well of local businesses. I love to support local and highlight good service whenever I can. But this kind of situation really needs a rethink, especially during holiday weekends when the town is full of visitors. Long waits and poor response from staff don't reflect well on the store or the community.
  
  If you’re heading into this Dollar Tree, I recommend going outside of peak hours, and make sure you give yourself extra time for checkout.

  Wow this place is awesome. Way better than dollar Rama. Super friendly young girl at cash. Fantastic experience. Love this place. I’m telling all to go see. Absolutely worth the visit. You will need a day to explore all the fantastic deals. Thanks your all awesome.

  Use to love this dollar tree but last few times there. Been ripped off on clearance stuff and they argued me on price when I tried to correct them. Other day also they charged me for bags when I didn't ask for any and didn't receive any on top of all that I think the price has increased to 1.75 base price and alot of stuff in this store is not worth that

  The guy on cash today is acting crazy you really should get him into straight jacket as he is scary the little old ladies. He's in pure panic mode.

  Went into this location, couple of days ago to buy some odds and ends. Two people were behind the cash both working. one line up id say two to 3 people in it. The other one had one so I went to the one lineup that had one person there was one person before me in the in the one lineup and she had already put her items on the conveyor belt and no one after me until I was very rudely told to go get in line as there is one line for two cashiers. I said I beg your pardon “one line for cashiers you come when I tell you to come. “Omg I have been in the retail service sector for my whole life. Never have I ever been spoken to so rudely by the man that is supposedly the “assistant manager “(as that is what the other young lady who is super nice by the way had told me )my turn came up next, and unfortunately it was with him and I said no I will not go I turned to the lady behind me who now joined the queue and said she can go over there if you’d like and she said “absolutely not after the way he spoke to you.” I will not be going to him as he is absolutely rude , you want to keep your customers happy you may want think about who you have as management or just employees at that location. and if I ever had my staff speak to any of the people that come into my store that way trust me, they would not be employed .

  My scooter can't lock and I need to keep it around me for mobility issues, I tried to explain to the manager but he didn't like it and told me I have to lock it outside even tho I told him I can't (No lock nor does my wheels have a opening for it to lock) This was just over me putting the key stand so I can pay for my stuff and then grab it from where I left it (It was out of the way) Incredibly rude manager

  I was at the dollar tree today and this poor lady was working behind the counter serving all the customers by herself even tho there was another Worker there stocking shelves , The line was starting to build up and the man didn’t even care. so the poor lady called for a back up and he lost his Temper. He went off storming behind the till and started scanning people through really aggressively making all sorts of strange noises and just acting very unprofessional. so I made comments saying she should call her boss on him because he’s being very disrespectful to her and all of us around him. Then he went storming off somewhere leaving this lady by her self yet again with all the customers staring. Just because he’s having a bad day doesn’t mean he should take it out on everyone around him. I love coming to this store but today I just felt very uncomfortable there.
