Great service department! They know me by name, get me in quickly whenever I need, always a warm smile and a joke or two when I arrive. I always leave with a clean dash and console with a note from the most excellent pit crew. Shannon even made sure I left with a washed and vacuumed vehicle on my last visit! Always a great experience.

I have been dealing at this dealership for the last 16 years and have purchased several cars from them over those years. I find the service desk to be very helpful and courteous everytime I bring my cars in for service. They are very professional in the service department and always give excellent service. There have been several,occasions where I have landed at the dealership without an appointment when I have had an issue with the car (example a tire leak) and they have looked after it promptly. I find them to be very trustworthy at all times with servicing my vehicles.Their remarkable service,is,why I keep coming back to this dealership. I highly recommend Experience Nissan! Jim was awesome and very helpful. I was comfortable the moment we met. Also Shelby helped setup everything. She was awesome too! I love my Kicks! Thank you both, it was a great experience to buy a car from Experience Nissan.

My third Nissan Rogue (a 2021 with its excellent safety rating and features that saved us from serious injury) was recently involved in a collision - and deemed a "probable total loss". While travelling through Orillia, I looked up the Experience Nissan dealership to browse for a replacement. I met James Wenger and Krista Kemp. James gave me a very thorough comparison and printouts of the 2023 Rogue models and options with prices, and introduced me to Krista who shared her knowledge and advice about the insurance process. My visit to this dealership felt like a no-pressure, personal experience which I would recommend to anyone looking for a great vehicle.

Brought our 18 year old to Experience Nissan. She had a very specific car and color in mind and they happened to have one on the lot (although it was spoken for at the time). Jim came out to greet us and he was amazing! Did everything I thought a salesperson should and more. We did place an order for the car my daughter wanted but as it turns out the car on the lot became available after all! She is super excited and we just wanted to share how great we thought Jim was in assisting us. Thank you Jim!

Go elsewhere! One-star is being generous.We were very disappointed following our recent visit to the Experience Nissan service department. After telling the Service Advisor that the ambient temperature sensor had already been replaced ( which was $100 part), we were still charged an hour of shop time to diagnose that the ambient temperature sensor is not the cause of our a/c issue. We were then charged another 0.8 hrs of shop time to tell us that the A/C issue was electrical and not covered by our “Simply the Worst” Nationwide warranty package. To make matters worse, we popped the hood after picking up the car, and the service tech had poked holes in the wiring to test for resistance, bu did not tape up the holes ( leaving them open to potential weather/corrosion). We were missing clips from where the grill clips onto the car, the ambient temperature sensor was left dangling and pieces of foam were not put back into place. Find a local mechanic you can trust, I feel Experience Nissan’s team failed to demonstrate any care or integrity….and, double-dipped on the diagnostic charges to boot. WOW ! $282 to state the most vague reason for the a/c blowing warm air. Ridiculous! We will never, ever recommend this dealership to anybody. Steer clear, folks!

My experience at Experience Nissan was a team, or more like a family, working hard to make our truck buying experience easy, convenient, and fun.We had leased a Frontier Pro 4X king cab from here but discovered it was too small for our needs, and the ride was too harsh for us. They took it all in stride, smiled, rolled up their sleeves, and went to work, getting us into a different truck.As a payment buyer, my only concern was monthly payments fitting our budget. In the two months since we leased the Pro 4X, they had added a really nice Midnight Addition, crew cab to their inventory. This truck was the right size, and the ride quality was perfect for us. They worked hard to get the deal done, and we couldn't be happier with our new truck.I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and this has by far been my best experience.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!If I could give zero stars and still post a review I would. However, I HAVE to select one star in order to tall about how horrible my experience has been with Experience Nissan. I got my car from them because the sales rep at the time was AMAZING (she has since moved on, not shocking). So I thought, since I got my car there and had credits from referring people, I would take it back there for warranty work. Needless to say it has been the WORST experience of my life. Their communication is horrendous. They make demands and are down right rude. The work that is needed should 100% be covered under warranty and they have advised NISSAN CANADA that it is lack of maintenance therefor it shouldn't be covered. I have never missed an oil change and have been able to prove consistent maintenance, EVEN DURING COVID WHILE GOING THROUGH CHEMO. But somehow, it is still lack of maintenance according to Krista. I have spoken with several mechanics and even had a private oil sample done. Still, Krista quotes me $14k or a new motor. She cannot tell me WHY I would need a whole new motor, but that is what my quote is. I've asked around and this dealership is rumored to be severely lacking in sales and trying to make ends meet through service. Needless to say I wanted my car out of there. I made arrangements to get it towed only to be told by Krista that they have had ZERO contact from me, no one was in to put my key in the car and I suddenly owed money to them for diagnostic work that I never authorized so I can't have my car. I am so thoroughly disgusted with this place and cannot wait to get my car out of there and be done with them. I'm sure that if they decide to reply they will place the blame on me to make this review look false, but I have everything documented and saved. Which, if you have to deal with them, I highly recommend doing as well!

I own a 2015 Nissan sentra and have some problem with the transmission. So, I went to the Experience Nissan Orillia they guys review my car for 1 hour for that they charged me $159 with that I don’t have any problem but the thing is they told me that your ABS sensor has problem in past but nothing is happening now though I don’t have light of ABS on sensor and moreover they told me and also gave me the report which shows Rear Right tire ABS Sensor has problem though my car is front wheel drive. So basically they charge me their hourly charges whatever it is and also they didn’t give me the exact information of the problem and charged me for anything. I do have the report they gave me and invoice. However, before 2-3 days I went to other dealership of nissan they guys told me that your car does have problem which is minor problem of nissan’s transmission, also they gave me proper knowledge of the problem and also shows me the solution and for this things they only charge me for their time which I loved to pay. I would like to have possibly solution for this as soon as possible.Thanks ?

We did not have a good experience with their service department. We were charged nearly $500 to diagnose an engine harness issue. The service advisor did not clearly identify that they were going past the 2 hr initial limit for diagnosis. The van was towed in and all communication was done over the phone. She also did not at any point let me know what the shop rate was going to be, hence my surprise when I got the bill. All in all just a lack of transparency.In response to their response, which was dissapointing. The service advisor was not clear. You may have been next to her but I was on the phone with her. She said they needed more time but she did not explain that they had surpassed the 2 hrs origionally authorized and that there were going to be additional charges. As such I would not recommend this dealership for service.

I just picked up my new Nissan Qashqai and have to thank Jim Wenger for helping me with my prurchase, he made it very easy and was very thorough with showing me all the fantastic features when I picked it up! Had transmission problems on the highway as I was driving past Orillia, brought it to Experience Nissan, and even though I ordered some of the parts myself rather than through them, they were very courteous and professional. Two of the parts were out of stock across North America for two months, and Cuyler kept in touch with me and advised me when they finally came in. Cost of repair was reasonable. But considering I was just a 'walk-in' customer, Cuyler and the team were terrific to deal with. I would highly recommend Experience Nissan, they are honest and do what they say they will do.

Hey guys. Just had my car there for a safety so I could buy out my lease. Was told my front control arm bushings needed replacing. Over 500 dollars for the part. Took to my mechanic for 2nd opinion and absolutely nothing wrong with the bushings. Would not recommend these guys and make sure to get a 2nd opinion as these guys like to scam
