I made appointment to undercoat my pickup truck. It was a hard rain when I bought it in. I asked the manager to bring it in and let it dry out before they spray on the coating. The manager told me it works when wet. Now I have a rusty truck. I should have used my common sense and went elsewhere.

This place is one of the most honest places I’ve taken my car. I took my car there twice this year thinking I needed bearings or something else fixed each time they stopped noise said it was cover/guard of breaks just making noise each time they said no charge in my experience other places are not as honest as theses guys have been taking my car there for years and their honesty is just one of the big reasons I go there and would recommend g&h auto orillia to anybody and I have to all my friends and acquaintances honesty is a rare commodity these days

Even before I met my husband he has been bringing his vehicles to G&H for over 20 years. I love them. Mark and his team are wonderful. They are quick, thorough, and fair! Every single person there works hard and they are great people. I have brought my vehicles there for 13 years since moving here and I'll continue to do so.

Sent a message through their website. Didn't hear back within 24 hours like they said. Waited a second day and called in. They twice interrupted me within a 2 min convo to deal with other things. Unprofessional. They could of reached out saying they are booked till the 19th. Would of given a 4 star. They got what they gave.

This was my second time purchasing a set of Tires at G&H
Upon picking my tires and rims up the face of the rims were scratched and chipped from the tire machine.
The owner was rude to my wife and said that he wouldn’t of taken on the job had he of known we didn’t want them scratched???
They kept the rims and got them polished but I can still see the scratches.
I specifically asked if they would change the valve stem on my TPM sensors and they replied yes. When I mounted them to the car I noticed they hadn’t changed the valve stem at all as they were still dark and corroded brass threads.

If you want great service and some really good mechanics then you need to go to g&h I've dealt with them for years and they are so nice they don't overcharge you and they will not suggest a part unless it really needed changing this is why I'm still a customer and I will always be a customer tell them I sent you have a great evening
