I picked up a prescription for the 1st time and cannot believe the way they ignore their customers. I stood in line with people ahead of me, I finally got to the counter and then the girl serving everyone walked away. Seven people are working busy filling prescriptions and they all ignored me! I finally asked someone if I would be helped today??.. She apologized and said she thought the other girl was helping me... (No! The other girl ignored me and walked away...) They appear to be really busy - but ignoring people is no way to run a business.

Would love the option for no stars! What is wrong with the pharmacy here? Everytime I come they manage to mess up not just mine but all attending. Do people actually walk out satisfied? Called in scrips over 24hrs ago, stated when they will be picked up. They filled one out of three. Refills were confirmed on all scrips day before. No reason given for no fill? No phone calls to inform about missing meds? No explanation at counter? Nothing. Just a please inform us in the future...? I did inform you when I called to order everything. Confirmed on phone as well. Don't worry I drove 40 mins here don't mind waiting for another 40 for the scrips to be filled that was suppose to be done! Happy New Year!

Always great service with great staff! I have been using them for years and much prefer small businesses to large corporations. As I just read a couple scathing reviews, try to remember they are people, too. A half hour estimate for a prescription that wasn't ready in the time, may have been due to unforeseen circumstances. They do an excellent job compared to a lot of other pharmacies. This particular one IS one of the friendliest and efficient places in Orillia. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Today was beyond sick and defeated. I had lost my voice and could not properly thank the pharmacist and the team today so I hope this makes up for what I couldn’t say. The pharmacist was soo patient. I could barely function and she had tons of people but she was kind and understanding. I needed a drug that any other pharmacy could only provide in pill format and not only did they have another option for me but she went further to customize it even more than required because she knew this choice would give me a better experience and cause me less pain. I can’t thank her enough for being so caring and thoughtful.

Do not inform customers of price increases of medications(20ish dollors), do not provide breakdown of prices for each compound in the medication for insurance purposes. I think it is a right if a customer asks for a breakdown of his prescription(how much it costs) that he SHOULD be given it. My suggestion is to make sure you are 100% covered with your insurance company and even then, they will request more information from the pharmacy to what they will say.. "they do not do that". Jen has said she has been dealing with insurance companies for 30 years, YET LACLIE DOESNT DIRECT BILL insurance companies for compounds so how would you know Jennifer? Dealing with the pharmacy and the insurance company has been horrendous. Have better customer service Laclie and if i want a breakdown of how much the medication costs( when u told me one of the ingredient rose in price) give it to me and WHAT THE ACTUAL PRICE IS. Stop being crooks and making it hard to deal with insurance.. when the medication costs 90 dollars. I Never had a pharmacy hide how much a price of a prescription is( broken down by each ingredient when one ingredient supposedly rose in price) and now, the insurance people do not have this. Why cant i get this information Jen? Oh and its very interesting how two pharmacists told me different ingredients that supposedly rose in price. How does that make any sense? Just give me the price and be done with it in writing.

I left Shoppers due to to horrific customer service to go to Laclie and today was left waiting and waiting at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist was helping a lady with what I think other staff should have been able to do. Then she asked what next and was directed to to take a call, when finished she walked out from behind and went somewhere else. I continued to eait a few more minutes and then decided to walk out.My time is no less valuable and I could have remained at Shoppers for this, which is where I ended up and got help.

The people that work here are amazing. The pharmacists go above and beyond and take the time to speak with you, or research and give great advice. I started going to them in July/20 when I moved to Orillia and I will never go to another pharmacy. Bravo to all the staff.
