Beautiful store but the people there have never once acknowledged myself or my friend when we have gone in. Between us we have been in 3 times and both of us have wanted to purchase items for our homes we are decorating but get ignored completely. We have even tried to engage in conversation but get ignored. Stop making assumptions about who will purchase!

The place could not have been named any more perfectly for my stay ‘Long Way Home’. Up here this Canada Day Weekend to get my younger Bother his Covid Vaccine. I’m from Ottawa and he’s from Kingston. Great looking store, very friendly owner. Will be back again with more people and definitely back to see the Orillia downtown again. Very impressive!All the people out and about his families and dogs were so nice.

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service I received from Michelle, the owner of Long Way Home as well as her staff in Orillia. She provided me with the information as well as the advice and suggestions I needed to make an informed decision about the custom made furniture I ordered. When the furniture was delivered, I was very happy with the high quality of the couch, chair and ottoman.I would also like to add that her store is filled with beautiful decor and gift items. The store is definitely a treasure in Orillia.If you are looking for quality custom furniture or some great items for your house or cottage, I highly recommend that you visit Long Way Home.

WOW! Long way home, thank you so much. Especially Michelle who has been so sweet to us, so helpful, kind, and amazing during our purchasing process. We have bought little knickknack items from the store before however nothing too major. Since my boyfriend and I purchased a new home we thought it was important to support local. We purchased a media unit and coffee table and we couldn't love our pieces more! Thank you so much for our custom pieces!!

Fantastic shop on the main dig in Orillia. High quality products for affordable prices. Love the Canadian made products. Shop owner Michelle has a great eye for interior design. Highly recommend dropping in and taking a look.
